That's going to be your insurance that you received the correct part. Different trim levels of different cars will have different parts. Check your stuff, that's your responsibility, not Certifits.

A quick jump got me going, and with little time to spare, I drove to this O'Reilly, requesting a battery check. Jess brought the machine out, checking my battery, and the system. Alas, my battery was dead. Jess showed me all of my options, helping me choose the battery that was right for me, after showing me all of the options with a wide price range. As Jess worked we were able to chat. I was so impressed with Jess's desire to help others. As we stood outside, me in a suit and Jess working on my car, I was treated with so much respect. Jess also worked quick, and I made it to my appointment on time. I cannot thank Jess and the team at this O'Reilly enough for getting me back on the road and on to my appointment. I have purchased car replacement battery numerous times from AutoZone in North Dallas area, the sales representatives there are always informative and friendly. Unfortunately not at this location... I'm one of those female, who doesn't know anything about car parts. I was hoping the sales rep can help me but to my dismay, he didn't show me what my options are and didn't even bother to tell me about the warranty. When I started to question about what kind of warranty the battery offered, he starts to show signs of annoyance. I did purchased a battery [not the one I prefer) Due to the unprofessionalism of the sales rep, I ended up retuning the battery 30 mins later at a Dallas location in exchange for a gel battery.
