Paid over $1000 for some headlights and haven't yet installed them and the paint already coming off ... the paint didn't even match the truck, the glue seems to be cheap material cause it comes off from barely even touching it and it's dried already. I should've paid a couple hundred dollars more at mw customs for some legit headlights done the right way but I wanted to be cheap so you learn from your mistakes. read more

My 15' Nissan Altima had a very poor headlight at night, I couldn't see the road and traffic signs. The dealership was charging us alot of money just to improve the visibility of our headlights until I discovered Top Hids from a friend. I was so happy with my new headlights and made my car usable at night time and in weather conditions. Jermey helped us choose the right lights for my car, he was very knowledgeable, patient, informative, and understand what we needed exactly with my car. John did the installing for my new headlights, he did it professionally, never damaged my car, and he was thorough with checking the lights before we left. The best part about this is that Jermey was able to offer me an affordable lifetime warranty and labor cost seems to rate around $50-$100 depending in the installation, I think. In my new headlights, I did LED for my fog lights and high-beam, while my projector light is HID. The results so far was a huge difference from the Halogen lights. At night, the HID lights is beautiful and can lit a single lane of the road with the median, while fog lights lit a wider view of the road showing the traffic signs. The high-beam LED really shines in rural areas where I can see the road up to 500 feet. We had some issues with their HID lights in first installation, where the left side of my headlight would shut off when driving and headlights set to auto. We brought it back to the store and John was able to replace the resistor with no charge. Overall, they left us with a smile, no time wasted, and worth the money. Terrible customer service, I took my 2022 Mustang headlights here to be sealed after I installed a RGB kit into them they charged me $200 for it which was not crazy, because they said they have had a lot of experience and this would be no problem. Keep in mind that they are located an hour away from me. When I finally install the headlights back onto the car after letting them sit for a week(vacation), the headlights get moisture inside of them that same day. I now have to drive an hour out there again for them to reseal them again, and I'm thinking alright they have to open them to clean out the water spots that had formed, they said no and charged me $100 to open one of the headlights to replace a board that had a problem and I told them okay just make sure you clean it out to which they replied they would. I get my headlights back sealed with all butyl this time instead of the butyl and silicone they did the first time and lo and behold the water spots are still there. The funny thing is he tried to blame the headlights fogging up on "micro fractures" from me opening them to which I told him I see no point in paying him to replace the board if the headlights have "micro fractures", suddenly there is nothing wrong with them. He told me he up both "for me"-they needed to be opened which was covered under the 90 day warranty, said he cleaned them out-they have water spots, and scammed another $100 out of me. I also told him once he opened them to just give it to me and I would replace the board and he said they wouldn't open the headlights for free. Each trip took me between about 7 hours. I would never recommend these guys to anyone. And they no longer answer my calls. I spent $600 on this project, $300 of which was paying these shmucks. read more

Went all over town trying to get HID replacement light for my 4runner. They had in stock and the price was lower than quoted from others. They also sell Jeep wrangler accessories and later installed headlights and turn indicators which with installation was cheaper than other off-road shop quotes. Jason is very helpful and knowledgeable on his products. Will buy from them again. read more

Really great service. I had them Install HID's Info my car last year and one finally went out today. I ran by the store and the gentleman were very I Formativs and helpful. Turns out non of their handy work had failed but my actually car port had. They generously helped me out and fixed for no cost. They are super nice and i will definitely be coming back if I have any other issues or when I'm ready for some more fun upgrades. read more

I was referred to this place by a local stereo shop in Irving that did not work on lights. I made a trip out here on a Saturday to get a quote and make an appointment. I came back the next Saturday and a person by the name of Garrett did my install. I noticed when he pulled the car around and shut it off then turned it on one of the high beams would light up and stay on. I brought it to his attention and he said it's probably the auto light feature and told me not to use the auto light feature. Turned it off and noticed over the next few days it still kept doing the same thing. I took the car back a week later, Garrett once again worked on the vehicle and said he could not figure it out and advised I take it to the dealership. I let Garrett know, this problem did not start until you installed the LEDS. He handed me my keys and told me I was on my own. I call back and spoke to Jason and he tells me to bring it in and immediately took the car to the back and diagnosed the problem and said he found the problem and fixed it at no additional cost and apologized for me taking 3 trips out to the shop to get it fixed. If you come out here make sure you ask for Jason to do the work. read more

I worked about an hour on my car just to find out they sold me a wrong part. I found the right part in amazon for 3 times lesser price with warranty later that day.When i went back to return this part, they took 15% out of my total stating as stock charge. This guy did not gave the receipt for 85% refund on my debit card, therefore i had to make him write on the original amount receipt. Lesson learned, i lost my time and labor, gas money, 15%= $22 in this case.Never ever will i buy or recommend others to this store. 0 star read more
