I was still under warranty for the battery so since this is Arizona, I told them to upgrade me to an AMG type. The manager Hector ok'd the upgrade to just pay the difference, so it only cost me $22.00. Gavi and Jennifer installed the new one with professionalism and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. So, shout out to Hector, Gavi and Jennifer for the GREAT customer service!!!

I was told I had to return to the store I bought it from to essentially get a refund. I was told I did not need to bring the physical battery to get the refund. 20 minutes later, I get to the original location and a much more helpful worker explains that I actually do need the physical battery, and I could just do the refund at the other store. So I call the store manager (from the first place) and you could tell he just had no idea what was going on. I returned to retrieve the battery and plead with the manager, explaining that I think I could do the return there. I was met with profane language, and left with an overall sense of discouragement that this issue would be solved.

My Phillip Stein watch was running slow so I took it in for a new battery. Keep in mind that my watch was running but just slow. He advised I take it to a watch repair. I did and explained what happened. She said that the clerk at the battery store may have touched a wire that he shouldn't have. She tried to fix the watch but couldn't and would have to send the watch to be repaired and it was going to cost $350.00. The clerk at the battery store broke my watch and I get to pay to undo the damage. My advice is if you have a inexpensive watch that can be easily replaced then knock your socks off. But if you have an expensive watch you should avoid this store like the plague. I am so disappointed with this store that I wish I could give it zero stars.

I asked if my experience was normal, and he said to me that (maybe I misunderstood him?) customers got sent to this location by the Camelback location a lot, because "they don't like the task there." Don't go to Cummins to get your generator fixed as they quoted me over double what I ended up…read moregetting fixed at a RV dealer. Cummins said it would take 16 hours of labor and 246.00 in parts and they could not guarantee this would fix the Onan generator. They charged me 378.00 to tell me this. The RV dealer that fixed this did it in 5 hours of labor plus parts and did a 50 point check on our Mercedes chassis.
