Tired of paying locksmiths 300+ just to open my door. I tried asking if they had a an air wedge or any tool to help me get inside my car. He just profiled me and told me they don't have anything to steal cars. My car didn't start so a friend jumped it and I took my car here to replace the battery. I've never had a dead car battery before. Anthony M. was especially helpful and I appreciated that he wore a mask and wore it properly. He tested my battery and it came up as low so we decided to replace it. He was very helpful and nice. I liked all the covid precautions they took as well. The store manager was nice and explained to me why the battery was so expensive, because of my car's computer system. Came into the store to rent a tool from them instead of buying something for just one time. They offer a wide variety of items to rent even have a placemat showing items available. You do pay full price for the item just in case you decide to keep it but if returned get a full refund when you return in same condition. No other auto parts store does that that I know of. Will come back to this location to purchase our items very helpful staff. No attitude when a women comes in not really knowing what the part is or why I was asked to get this part. I've been here three times for parts and every time the sales advisors have helped me and given me the best price. Even helped me with teaching me how to install the parts. Today I went in for new headlamps because mine had blown. Kia was going to charge me almost $400 to replace them and the dust cover. I bought the bulbs and Jacob came out and installed them for me. This past weekend I went to this autozone location to get windshield wipers for my daughter's car. It wasn't raining so I didn't worry about putting them on right then. Today I realized we still hadn't done it and of course it's going to rain and she had somewhere to go. I opened the package and read the directions and instantly got intimidated lol. I called autozone and Jake answered and said just bring the car up he'd be happy to put them on. I did, and he put them on so easily I was nearly embarrassed for having to get help! My dad usually replaces my windshield wiper blades, but due to COVID-19 he's quarantining and I desperately needed the blades replaced. The manager himself checked my battery. Not only that, but he did everything possible to get a match for my car, which is an odd battery configuration. Then he shocked me when he went out to my car, took out the old battery and replaced it with the new battery. What?! I've never had service like that before. This man, the manager on duty on Sunday morning, needs to be a regional trainer on excellency in customer service. The temperature in my van spiked, and I saw that it was a cracked thermostat housing. It was 8:30 pm and I would not be able to make it home, so I started calling the nearest auto parts stores. This one had the part I needed, hours until 10 pm and was only 2.5 miles away. When I pulled in, Victor hooked me up with the part and loaned me all the tools I needed to fix it. While I was working on the repair in the parking lot, he came out several times to check on my progress and if I needed anything. I replaced the housing and thermostat and filled and burped the cooling system in about 30 mins. Saved me in a very tough situation and I am very grateful. Friendly, helpful, competent. I just want to start this review by saying no one I spoke to was rude or disrespectful to me but I was NOT happy with the false information I was being told. I started by calling ahead to make sure they had my battery in stock. They told me they had a lower end one and a higher end one both in stock. I arrive at the store a few hours later and was told that I was told incorrect information about one of the batteries. They actually only carried one type in 2 different sizes for my car both same price. Okay no big deal I proceed to figure out which one I need to get. I say my starter battery is under my hood .... I then get told no I'm wrong it's either under my backseat or trunk and I'd need to locate the battery and bring it in so I can figure out which one I need. I then say again no my battery is under my hood. They again tell me no that's your aux battery not your starter battery. I get a little flustered and go outside and I take off my battery cover from UNDER MY HOOD and go back inside and ask the gentleman who said where it was to confirm that I am incorrect. He then says oh well I guess your battery is under your hood which honestly frustrates me. If I didn't know any better and took what they repeatedly told me and took apart my back seat and trunk only to not find my starter battery that would have been so much time in this heat wasted because for whatever reason when I said it was under the hood in their eyes I was incorrect. Plus no apology for doubting me or proving me false info .... So anyways we go back inside after seeing and looking at my starter battery. The gentleman gets me a battery from the back and puts it on he counter. I could tell right away that battery was a lot longer than my current battery. I ask him if he's sure that's it because it really doesn't look like it will fit. He then tells me yes this is it but I felt again I wasn't being listened to so I asked if we could go back outside and compare. He was nice and agreed to go then he said okay yes that my battery was smaller. We finally narrow it down to 1 battery ..... when I called originally they said if nothing was in the way of the battery they would install it. Well my battery was in the clear but he said they can't Install it because Mercedes requires a special computer or tool to do the battery.... which i don't have. So I'm Pretty upset at this point so I just say forget and finally end up dealing with Mercedes directly Who told me no there's no special tool, there's no computer. You just install any battery you buy like ANY OTHER car. NOTHING SPECIAL REQUIRED. if I didn't go with my instincts I would have invested quite some time hunting for a battery that wouldn't have been found and/or sent home with a battery way to big. I wasted so much time and extra money at the dealer. I wish the employees here wouldn't just assume a customer doesn't know their own car and would be more willing to listen Instead of providing incorrect information. read more

Terrible logic with these people. I go in to buy a new battery and have it replaced because I dont have the tools or knowledge of how replace it. They told me that I could buy a battery but they can't help me replace it, because they dont have enough people working (they had 2 employees working) and its 8pm (they close at 10pm). He told me I could buy a battery today, he can jump my car to get me home and if I come back tomorrow they can help me replace it. It blows my mind that one out of the 2 employees working with 2 hours until closing couldn't help me replace my battery. Nor did he have the common sense or logic to understand when I explained to him that I would not be able to make it back to store once I got home because my battery is dead and no one is there to jump my car. Absolute waste of my time, and with zero effort or willingness to help for the employees which is the whole reason why they are there and get paid to do a service. Will never go back again. read more
