4 reps at counter ready to help, wow what service. Reps are friendly and know their parts. I needed this part after describing it but forgetting what it was called. The rep helping me knew exactly what I was talking about. Make sure if you have AAA to show your card for a discount on some items. If you dont have a AAA Card, if you purchase online and do in store pickup sometimes the prices are at a small discount. We come here often and they always has the parts we need at good prices which is why we come back. read more

Twice now this location have given me the wrong brakes/pads for my car. Back in October 2023 for my daughter's car and today January 2024 for my car. I specifically told them for the sport model and they gave me the wrong ones. Worst part: I had to make a 2nd trip and they simply didn't care or apologize. Will NOT come back again. read more

I went to this location looking for some particular auto parts. I had a few questions regarding the fitment of some parts. The gentleman that was helping me was very short with his answers and not very friendly. I got the impression that he felt like he had better things to do than answer my questions. Based on his poor attitude and lack of customer service, I opted to take my business elsewhere. I ended up going down the street to the competition where I was treated kindly and respectfully. Honey calls Riebes to make sure they have a new steering box and they do :) Honey explains that he bought and installed a steering box last year but did not have the receipt and Riebes representative tells him "we'll take care of you.". I don't have many vehicle issues that I choose to tackle on my own but sometimes there are simple things to address or odd corrections where I need direction. Near me, there are basically two options - one of them is Reibes. The top reason's I stop at this Riebes location: (1) It's on the way home from work, (2) the staff is knowledgable and helpful, (3) generally have the what I'm needing (or a reasonable alternative), and (4) easy in, easy out with plenty of parking I'm most impressed with the knowledge of the staff and their willingness to be helpful and assist in thinking through a fixing a problem. Best Service I've had in Years . I went up to the counter and Explained to the Young Man the Issue My 1996 Toyota T100 was having and by the grace of God he had a T100 befor as well. So we immediately hit it off for a Bromance, he's probably a Raider fan to ! Hey ! But anyways I was dreading how much this was gonna run me but he said " lets take a look" so we popped the hood and he said " Bingo " your Clutch master cylinder is completely empty, BONE DRY! ,I'm almost 100% Positive this is the issue , but watch this because it may have a leak the Clutch master cylinder , all u need is Brake Fluid ! " I was so relieved, and I had not had service like this since I wS a little kid . Felt Very Personal and Professional, like He genuinely cared about my little Bucket and It made me feel at Peace .
