Fast, courteous and efficient people work in this store. And a great big thank you to Chris for proving again and again how many kind people are out there in this world. My battery in my car fob was on the verge of dying. I had no idea how much time I had left when my car alerted me it was low. I panicked. Far from home. Getting dark. Scared. I yelped auto shops and saw I was literally a mile from this company. My concern at this point was to get help. I did not care how many good Yelp reviews they had... just get there. When I walked in every counter was occupied by paying customers. I caught the eye of a person not dressed in uniform behind the counter. I think he saw the panic on my face and immediately asked if he could help. I explained my situation and he was on it from that moment on. He opened my fob and literally in seconds had a replacement battery inserted and put it back together again. And if that was not enough he pointed the fob at my car through the store window to ensure it worked. I will bet I was in and out in 10 minutes. Unbelievable! I am sooo grateful, Chris, for your help. And as it turns out... they have many great Yelp reviews. I am not surprised! Please know you will be taken care of here no matter what your auto needs may be. The store looked immaculately clean and organized. And with so much inventory. This store is a gift to the community. I unfortunately couldn't figure out how to remove my old wipers as I haven't changed them in years due to my car sitting around. The next day, I went in to ask the gentleman if he could help or walk me through on switching out the blades. The gentleman didn't make an effort to even look at the blades and just said "I can't touch your car but you can go to Auto Zone". I didn't expect the guy to change my wipers, just assistance or pointers. Not helping even a little is silly, but recommending you go to the competition is blatantly idiotic. I bought a used Tesla from this dealership in February because I needed a vehicle immediately and…read moredidn't have another car. It was late in the day, the sun was setting, and I did the best inspection I could under the circumstances. At the time, I noticed the plastic trim on the outer side of the driver's seat wasn't sitting flush. Before moving forward, I specifically asked the salesperson if there was any other damage I should know about. He told me, "Nope." That turned out to be false. Since buying the car, I've discovered issue after issue that appears to have been hidden, poorly repaired, or temporarily covered up. On the drive home, I noticed a windshield crack that only showed when headlights hit it. The next day, I found deep circular scratches all over the hood. I later noticed the rear seat upholstery separating near the door. Then the passenger window switch popped out of its housing, and when I opened the door panel, the internal housing was clearly damaged. That was not normal wear. That looked like prior damage that had been covered up. Later, a plastic trim piece in the trunk simply fell off when I opened it, again showing signs of a cheap cover-up rather than a proper repair. Now, the driver's headrest has started wearing through, revealing what appears to be previous damage that was concealed before sale. Tesla does not sell the headrest separately, meaning this could require replacing the entire seat. I understand that used cars can have wear and tear. I also understand that I should have inspected the vehicle more carefully. But there is a big difference between normal used-car wear and multiple hidden issues that appear to have been patched, covered, or concealed just long enough to get the car sold. What bothers me, is that I directly asked if there was any other damage, and I was told no. Based on everything I've found since, I do not believe that was an honest answer. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. At minimum, do not trust their word, do not inspect a vehicle there at night, and do not assume anything has been properly disclosed. In my experience, this car had multiple issues that looked covered up rather than repaired, and I would not want another buyer to end up with a lemon car.

YOU WILL WANT TO READ THIS REVIEW!…read more I used this company because I wanted to use a local company. I was going to get two jeeps sprayed but reduced it to one just in case. Good thing I did. I asked if they would be able to remove certain items and screws instead of spraying over them. I was told not an issue at all. I brought my jeep in and showed them exactly what I wanted done. I left feeling they had a good understanding.. That was not the case! When I came to pick up my jeep I was told that they had broke one of my bolts "due to rust" and they were too scared to take the rest out. The bolt they broke was the door bolt nut. I have taken these off and on several times throughout the year and never had any issues at all with them. Then I was directed to some side mirror mounts where the worker said he could not get them undone at all. So instead of calling me and asking... he just line X'd the whole thing. He did not even try and remove any screws or tape over any screw or bolt heads.. pretty much did a lazy get it done LineX job. Only reason this is not a 1 star is due to the actual lineX itself. It looks decent but I am sure I am going to have issues down the road. I would avoid this location at all cost! After my issues my neighbor and some of my 4 wheel buddies said they had the same issues there. (thanks for telling me after).

I was in and out within 2 hours. 7 days later a different wheel got a nail in it. It was 7:30 AM when I pulled up. Some employees were in the store but I knew they weren't open until 8. I waited outside and then one of the employees open the door and came to my rescue. They open early just for me, fixed my flat and sent me on my way without charging me. That was one of the best experiences I ever received without costing a dime. Les Schwab knows how to take care of customers and treats them with honesty and kindness. I was back on the road in less than an hour. So glad I came here and will definitely continue to give them my business, and referrals. Good business practice, and integrity matters. They truly represent these very well here.
