Special thanks to Tina and Miguel for helping us with the superb customer service and also installing our new battery. They got us in and out swiftly. Much appreciated and thanks in advance! I was having car issues and had a feeling that it was my battery. Came into the Auto Zone on Paramount Ave. and they checked my battery. It wasn't working anymore, so I had to replace it. I didn't have any tools to remove it, so the guys let me borrow whatever tool I needed to remove. It may not seem like a big deal, but I was really pleased that I didn't have to leave to get tools or buy some. I removed the battery and put the new one in. My car ran great afterwards. Definitely made my day easier. Thanks again. read more

I came in to buy a battery because they advertise free replacement with the purchase of a battery on the website. I was in a rush because I found out my battery was dead as I was preparing to leave for work. I wish I would've caught his name, but the dude with the goatee that was working at 10am on July 24, 2023 really did me a huge favor. At first I was told they may not be able to replace my battery but he took a look and offered to do it for me. Had the new battery installed in about 10 minutes and I was able to get to work. I'm sure it's in the job description, but huge thanks to the guy that helped me because he was cool and got the job done quickly. read more

It was clean inside, not too many people when I went. Seems like a low key location which isn't too bad. I went on around 12pm on a Monday afternoon. Although, they were out of a lot of cleaning supplies that I needed and we're on sale. There wasn't many choices for me to choose from. I ended up getting a substitute since I wasn't looking to drive to another location. Customer service was good no complaints there. I'd say give it a try this wasn't a bad Autozone location, just be advised that sale items may not be in stock. Call first, as I should have done. read more

I am a few weeks late on writing this review but I absolutely could not forget the amazing service I received from the manager. I didn't catch her name but she is a female about 30-33 yrs old with dark hair, average height. She was just an amazing service person when I had a dead battery. They took the time to help me change the battery, which required some tools to unscrew another part which was in the way of my battery. I really appreciate her effort and the way she didn't deny me service or dismiss me! Thank you so much, you got me home safe! read more

Great customer service! Thank you especially to Alexis T for helping with coolant! I highly recommend this place!

if i could give this place a ZERO i would. beware of scammers especially the fat bitch with glasses that doesn't know what the fuck she's talking about. I bought a 275$ car battery just so my car can shut down on me once more. i took my car to the actual dealership and when they tested my battery it FAILED. then when i go to test it at Autozone this good for nothing ass employee keeps trying to test it over and over again until my battery overheated and said it should be fine. like how are you going to guarantee that it's good? she didn't even bother to show me the screen and most certainly did NOT want to replace my battery even though I paid for warranty. DO NOT COME HERE read more

Today, my check engine light came on and I absolutely freaked out! I had to pick up my son from track practice and I didn't know if it was going to mess up my car even more. I called different auto parts stores and they did not want to help me AT ALL. So I brought my car to AutoZone to see if they would help me figure that out. And sure enough they most certainly did! FOR FREE! I did not have to buy ANYTHING! The associate that was able to help me was Lorraine, and she was a very kind. She walked me through the whole thing, and it was super easy. I did thank her and I informed her manager of the great service that she provided. Thank God for people like the associates at AutoZone in Downey. read more
