Came here to get oil change and it seems like I am invisible. Upon driving in, there's a worker by the driveway asking why you're here. He then tells you to pull up. I pull up and No one insight. I walk into the office, and again, empty seats. There was one guy sitting off to the side and didn't not acknowledge me at all. I went back outside next to my car. Finally one of the girls approaches me and asked why I was here. I told her and she said ok and put a number on my windshield and says someone will be right with me. We initially came in only to see different models as we were approaching the end of our lease with a different car company and were highly considering switching to Honda. We were greeted right off the bat by Mr Beto who was super kind in bringing over different SUVs for us to see. We had originally gotten an estimate at Honda in Cerritos and were pretty satisfied with that price, so we were only supposed to go to Honda World to see the models but once we talked to Mr Beto and Vince we were convinced we would be getting the best/better deal at Honda World. We even came back a few more times as we wanted to test drive the CRV Hybrid and then came back again to pick out the color. Mr Beto was extremely accommodating on every occasion even letting us see their entire inventory at the service lot to be sure we picked the color we wanted. Overall had the best experience so far with leasing at Honda World, they gave us the best deal on our CRV Hybrid sport and their customer service was excellent! Only took one star off because on the day we were supposed to finalize all the paperwork we waited for a very long time to talk to their finance reps. So long we ended up leaving as our little one was out of patience. I would say we waited about two hours, which was a lot but then again they were very busy that day so it was also understandable. I took my car in for service a little over a week ago , there was a light on for low tire pressure. A a day later the light came back on and I called Honda world to find out why the light kept coming back on since they didn't mention anything when I picked up the car. I finally got a hold of the service advisor ( Guillermo) and he said maybe I went over a nail after I picked it up .. to bring it back and they will check it. I took it back with in 30 min, I get a call from him telling me that I have a nail in my tire and that since it's been running with that it caused too much damage so I need to replace the tire .. $320.. I opted to take it to a tire shop and get the tire replaced if needed somewhere else.
