Customer service is horrible at this Sierra location. I went to check out on a $225 bill and asked them to apply my Veteran discount. They said they couldn't because they already punched it in. I told them to cancel it and start over. The clerk still couldn't do it. He even called over a manager who was just as clueless and he couldn't apply my Veteran discount either. This location treats Veterans horrible. I still don't understand why they couldn't cancel and start over and apply my Veteran discount. He used profanity when talking to me and when i asked for upper managements phone number he threatened to call the police!!! He even had the audacity to call me stupid. Like that it's open late. Didn't like how I bought something because it was tagged 15.99$ . I even checked the barcode to make sure it was the same item (since I also work retail and it happens a lot) same description, same code. But when Hector charged me, it came out to 19.99 plus tax and I let him know that it was showing a different price where it was at and all he said was "well it says here it's 19.99" so I told him maybe he should take the sign off for false advertising. On hold for OVER 15 minutes to ask a question. No one ever picked up. Hung up and called back THREE times before someone did and said they would call back in about 10 minutes. The service is terrible here and the employees for the most part have zero automotive experience or knowledge. At night they lock customers in the store and out of the store and they make people wait outside. Locking the door during business hours is in direct violation of the fire code. It also appears that the employees are racist due to the fact that on numerous occasions they took mexican spanish speaking customers first even though I was in line first. read more

All the previous comments below me are definitely inaccurate. And may be even placed illegitimatly. This is by far the worst autozone I have ever entered. The staff are completely rude, from the moment you enter until the moment u leave. Every time I visited this location it was the same situation, they talk at you as if youre an idiot. Theyre very aggressive and can care less how long you wait for assistance. I spoke to the bald black guy, the guy with gauges in his ears, and some older dude, and each one of them provided the same lack of care. They were all rude in nature, and provided no assistance. They dont seem like they want to do thwir job at all. Im tired of having to go there, ill drive to any other 24 hour one over this location anytime no matter how convenient it is. read more

This is the worst AutoZone location I have ever been to and it's sad because it's open 24 hours they should have the best customer service if anything but they don't the people they have working there are mediocre rude as hell they have no training in dealing with different customers they are very disrespectful they talk back to customers they talk with profanity to customers --and to be honest they are not very knowledgeable at all -- this is not an autozone this is a circus -- especially two girls that work there Maira and Maria they have no manners no work ethic ..
