Just got home and the brakes are like new. I am convinced these folks are the best most honest folks in the business. They do good work, and even handled a problem the dealer refused to even consider looking at on one occasion. The exhaust system had come apart in the middle; it turned out it did not need welding but just an inexpensive replacement seal/connector of sorts. On this trip, I needed an oil change and cabin filter. I was hoping this would be fast, but it took 2-1/2 hours on a weekday afternoon. What they didn't tell me at the start was that they didn't have the cabin filter for my vehicle and that they had to order it from somewhere and wait. They did tell me what was going on when I asked, but truly would have appreciated being told up front, and being given the option to come back later after the filter arrived. I had other errands to run in the area that did not get done. In short, more communication would be appreciated! At least the waiting area is nice with comfortable seats and free wifi. They don't replace hybrid battery filters here, but I had enough time, and free wifi, to research this. I watched some You-Tube videos on how to replace hybrid battery filters, looked up what type I needed, and ordered a replacement on Amazon that I installed myself the next day.

These guys were really friendly and even told us that the oil that Jiffy Lube has been using was probably the reason we were having some engine issues. Even though the Groupon discount was towards semi-synthetic oil, we received a discount towards the expensive oil so our bill was only $45. They also found a small coolent leak and oil leak. Instead of attempting to try to fix the problem, charging us a arm and a leg (*COUGH*AndyMohrAuto) and not actually fixing the issue (*COUGH*AndyMohrAuto..cough, cough), the Quck Lane manager recommended we take it to the Audi dealer to be fixed properly. I'm going to bring my little civic here (first need to get her tranny fixed!! grrr...) for an oil change and inspection. They seem more knowledgable and helpful than the guys over at Jiffy Lube..and err...*cough*AndyMohrAuto. :P
