I also liked the whole scheduling process with text reminders of my repair date. This shows professionalism in the use of modern communication.

I decided to return at another time with the parts, Julian botched putting the front skid plate back on by incorrectly reinstalling one of the bolts. Gave them another chance by dropping off my truck for three days to install a set of LCA's and gusset cam tabs. Thought everything was fine and even came back to them for retorquing the alignment bolts after the break in period. Fast forward a couple months later, I'm informed by another off road shop that the gusset cam tabs weren't even painted and the weld beads aren't done well. It looks like someone just eye balled it. Reached out to Jamie immediately with the photos, at first he was very dismissive and stated he would need three days to fix the issue. Giving me the whole run about of why three days is warranted. Cam tabs are a one day job, not three days. I would be very leery of bringing your vehicle to them.

Eugene has been very helpful in providing me service but also knowledge that assisted me in making decisions for my 3.7 Q50. I wanted to ensure I go to a place that cares as much as my car as I do and Eugene is a rare gem. He informs me during my maintenance when I ask questions and also gives me great suggestions. I have had zero issues with my installs for my maintenance and performance parts from EAC everything is clean and if there is an issue Eugene will message you asap and inform you. He caught things I didn't notice and I appreciate the honesty as I like my car to be in good shape rather than a hidden surprise. I have been tuned for a little over a year now and still enjoy driving my car with zero issues. He's very informative in the tuning process and explains to you what's going on, I was luckily able to be hands on at his Dyno location and learned a bit of the process too which was a bonus for me as an Enthusiast. I used to be tuned by another tuner on my NA setup and you do not get the same top tier service that's found at Enthusiast Auto Care. Since then I have supercharged my Z and ran into some issues with a rough idle and experienced the Infamous limp mode. I tried to remedy the issue with the previous tuner and another shop which resulted in dead ends checking everything from the coil packs, to spark plugs, fueling etc. I deciding to go with Eugene since I recall us speaking over the phone discussing the tuning services he offers, which led to very knowledgeable and Informative information. What you will get is 1:1 customer service and Eugene actually explains the nuances of what is exactly happening with your car and what you can expect after the issue has been resolved and remedied along with what steps to take next. After giving Eugene a call on a Saturday, I dropped my Z off that evening and had my Z fixed and ready for pick up next day with a smooth idle and the limp mode completely gone! I cannot thank Eugene at Enthusiast Auto Care enough! In the end I ended up having a cracked spark plug along with monitors and certain sensors being turned off from my previous tune which resulted in not being able to properly diagnose the Z with the issues at hand. I wish I would have went with Eugene from the get go, but just glad that I'm now a very happy and satisfied customer that can finally enjoy their Z and become a regular.
