For the second time in a row, I experienced some of the worst customer service I've ever had at this location. Angela's behavior included eye-rolling, dismissive body language, and an unhelpful attitude. Trevor, the store manager assured me this is the way she consistently act and that there's nothing they can do about it?? Trevor, was not much better. He told me that AutoZone's policy is to never return batteries, even with a receipt. After leaving the store, I confirmed that this is not the company policy. This makes me question the accuracy of information provided here and the professionalism of the management. My experiences make it clear where Angela learned her approach to customer service. Anytime I come here (which is often) the team here is always super helpful.. today was no exception. Dropped my kids off at school and stopped by AutoZone to pick up a headlight and supplies to do an oil change on my truck and everyone here was super positive and excited to help and incredibly friendly. I didn't realize there were sales on a couple of items like getting an oil filter for $1 when I was buying my oil and the gentleman at the counter made sure to offer me additional savings. I called to check if the battery was still under warranty and was told yes and that I could come get my battery tested and if it was bad they would replace it. Online said this store ONLY had a belt we needed. We drove 20 minutes to get it coming to find out it was the WRONG belt. We called and they told us they had the right one and would hold it for us until the morning when we could get back. We get there in the morning and some lady told us they did NOT have the product we needed although online said they were the only local store that had the belt.
