They have what I need for basic car maintenance at a reasonable price. The staff have always been…read morevery helpful (e.g, looking up my past purchases etc ) and I never need to wait very long. This O'Reilly's is located on the south east corner of the 16/Potrero shopping center. There is easy parking in the lower level garage which can feel a little unsafe at times, so if you can snag a spot on the street it might be better. Another yelper reported the O'Reilly in the East Bay will install your new wiper blades after purchase. As far as I know this service is not available in SF, but we have Professor YouTube to help with that.

If You Wanna Get Robbed, This Is the Spot…read more I genuinely cannot believe this experience. They Took My Money, That's About It I purchased brake pads online, received a confirmation number, an invoice, pickup instructions, and was charged $66.44. The money was removed from my account. I have the receipt. I have the barcode. I have the order number. I even have the return instructions listed at the bottom. Turns out I didn't need the brake pads anymore. No problem, right? I figured I'd simply pick them up and immediately return them. Wrong. When I went to the store, the assistant manager refused to give me the part. He said the order was "processing" and "on hold" and then proceeded to say that we never bought it -- despite me showing the confirmation number, invoice, barcode, and proof that the money was already taken from my bank account. His response? "Yeah, that doesn't mean anything. You need to speak to a store manager." Professional Money Collectors, Amateur Problem Solvers I'm sorry... what? Since when does picking up and returning an item require a STORE MANAGER? What kind of business model makes a basic pickup and return so complicated that management needs to be summoned like we're authorizing a merger? And the best part? It was the ASSISTANT MANAGER giving us a hard time. So let me get this straight: You took my money. You confirmed my order. You sent pickup instructions. But now I can't get the item, and I also can't return it -- unless the store manager personally blesses the transaction? Should I bring the CEO next time? Do y'all need my Social Security number too? Should I file paperwork with the federal government? Get a presidential pardon before I'm allowed to process a refund? At this point we paid for brake pads we weren't allowed to receive and weren't allowed to return. That's not a "processing delay." That's absurd. If an assistant manager cannot handle a basic pickup and return with clear documentation and payment confirmation, that raises serious questions about competency and training. We walked out without the part and without our money. That's not customer service -- that's a circus. Fix your systems. Train your staff. And maybe empower your management to process a simple transaction without requiring an executive summit. Unbelievable. They Took My Money and Told Me It 'Doesn't Mean Anything Man I love getting robbed, I can't wait to shop here again just so I can get my money taken away from me Keep playing with me like I don't come with consequences Y'all testing me like I don't know how to escalate Keep testing me... I promise I'm one inconvenience away from becoming a different person

Pick-n-Pull Cash For Junk Cars

Pick-n-Pull Cash For Junk Cars

Place was busy, even on a Monday afternoon. Took in a car to surrender for Bay Area air quality…read moreprogram. Even with all the paperwork and the car meeting all conditions, it was a LONG WAIT... twice. Once to verify all paperwork, then to get a second validation to cut a check, we were told not to deposit or cash for 2 days. STILL, GLAD they were here to help.

Quality/Quantity - It has been a very long time since I have been to a Pick N Pull. The last one I…read morewent to was the one in Hayward. Not sure if it is still there anymore, or if it was a different brand/owner...? Anyways, here I am. Back in the day I was buying sports cars that I could not afford, so Pick N Pull it was, lol. Sadly, I had to bring my 1998 convertible here as it did not pass smog. My first convertible but not my last, so sad. I almost had tears in my eyes. I typically donate my cars, but my mechanic shared about this state program where they will buy the car back if it does not pass smog; see pictures of the program. After a quick online application, I got approved; so again, here I am. Atmosphere - It is a Pick N Pull, so expect it to be a junkyard. But for a junkyard, it was fairly organized; see my few pictures. Not the best of neighborhoods, but again we are in a junkyard. Lots of disclaimers as expected. Plenty of parking, but be careful as there is so much litter/sharp objects on the floor; try not to get a flat tire. Outhouses for restrooms, do not use it if you don't need it. Open 7 days a week, see my picture for specific hours. Also see their seasonal hours. Service - 5 stars, from the armed security guard, to all the front of the house employees. Jose was the young man that helped me and he was very experienced and professional. And all of his co-workers were also. Thank you all. The entire process took 45 minutes to an hour. Lots of paperwork, then an inspection, then more paperwork, then it needed to be sent to the state for approval. Take a look at all my pictures for all the services they offer. BTW - One of the most professional security guards I have ever met. He professionally inspected everyone's bags as they exited. The only suggestion is for him to tell us sellers to check with the front desk before signing on the waitlist. That would have saved me and the two people behind me time. As I left, I told the people waiting in the outside lobby to just walk in. Price - They gave me $1350; not bad for a car that I would typically donate. :) But I am sad as this program will CRUSH my baby.... Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1984 with your 50 locations.
