But then he went toward to rear of the store and zoned out on his phone --- leaving my bag vulnerable to anyone near the front door. 2) I have a never-used battery. Purchased within the 90-day return period. I tried to return it, with receipt. They said that because I had had it over 30 days, I had to return it to the location from which I had originally bought it. Which is a very inconvenient bus ride away. I've never had a store make me go back to the original location -- in the same city, yet. The Autozone in The Laurel seems to be more professional.

I've never gotten them replaced before nor did I realize people replace these things every 1-2 years lol whoops. This guy Martin was patient and helped explain my different options - there was basically a cheap, middle tier, and high tier option. He was honest and said the cheap one works just as well and he uses it. I wanted to splurge on my cleanest window life so I went for middle tier lol! It was like $65 for the two windshield wiper replacements AND best of all, he installed them for me and they do it for free. Overall, I was in and out quite efficiently! And quite pleased with my new Bosch Icon wipers which are really quiet and smooth, they work great!

They said to come in they would look at it and if they didn't have the part they could order it for me and let me know once it got in. First of all this place is hard to find. They were very nice when I called back for directions because I was lost. When I got there it was a small place and they guy I talked to was very nice. He came looked at my car and said he didn't have it but would order it and give me a call tomorrow to follow up on how long till it came in. Two days later I realized I didn't hear from him. I called in and he said, "oh yeah. It'll be in I'll give you a call once it gets here." I followed up again a few days later and they still didn't have it. If it would've taken this long I would've gone to Auto Zone. It's been months now and they've never called me. Every time I had to call to follow up with them. The most overwhelming selection of oils and additives that you could ever ask for - and they are…read morevery good with accepting oil from people that change their own oil. So many auto parts stores reply 'we don't accept oil right now - all our tanks are full' - and I've never heard that from this location. Its very simple - you drop it off in their original containers and it has to be only oil and there is no issue. Beyond that I went in for some diesel additives for my CDi - I really like that car - it replaced my Pitzaaat and its my freeway cruiser and I know the engine will last to one million miles but the downfall of these cars is always the injection system. It can cost $5k+ to rebuild them and then $3k more for all new fuel hoses and injectors and intake cleaning and so on. In short the low sulfur since 2006 that ruined diesel lubricity and so the wear on the injection pump mostly fails at 200k - 300k when all the rest of the drive train will happily soldier on for many more miles. The only solution is to add something to the diesel fuel: XPD all in one, Hotshots secret everyday or Power Service or similar. I heard even adding a bit of Marvel Myster Oil works but I didn't see the data - I know the above three work and I know that this location has Hotshots and Power Service. I bought a bottle of each and will alternate with ever fill up. While I was there I bought some LiqiMoly for my Honda - Jectron - and while it was in the tank the car ran silly smooth - it usually jitters a little like a person with too much caffeine. Oil brands can be a very divisive topic. As is oil additives. I think in general you don't need them if you go to Chevron and change your oil often. If you have a diesel I would recommend you research the fuel lubricity topic yourself and make your own call on it. If you do buy a new $100k diesel truck - there is a lot at stake that perhaps a $10 bottle could help.
