First it is Melissa at the front count. Diego in the warehouse assisted with my order as did the cashier who's name I can't remember. All three helped me all the way through the process of getting everything I needed to help restore my pick up truck. Good stuff, CAPA certified parts are the standard of the industry. They also have custom accessories for those who dabble. We are lucky the let the public in there to order. It's a giant warehouse full of everything you'll need to complete your body work. Wow! I ended up going three different times and all three were five stars! I can see myself recommending and using this sweet parts house. I should say sweet, mega parts store! Make sure to have ALL of your cars I for before you go in. OEM parts numbers will get you in and out quicker. I didn't even know the correct name of my parts but with those numbers Melissa was able to easily identify the exact items. It's not a fast process. I took the day off and took the 45 min-1 hour drive to their warehouse only to be told oops we told you the wrong info. First to review? AWWWWWWWWWWW YEEEEEEEEE. Anyways, had to get front bumper, grille, both headlights, bumper valence, 2 bumper brackets, bumper reinforcement bar, front bumper filler, and something else I think. They had everything in stock for our Toyota Tacoma. The total was about $300, which is more than $600 cheaper than buying it from dealer and about $300 cheaper than buying it from online. For example, the bumper reinforcement bar was $17 and grille was $33 while the cheapest I found online was over $100 each for both. However, headlights were about $7 more, but I guess I saved shipping and got it in less than 10 minutes. Definitely coming back here next time I need parts. Our truck was stolen and was recovered but lots of damage broken hood latch and gas tank lock. also recently had an accident where the hood opened while driving and broke the hinges and the windshield. it took the staff about 10 minutes to find the replacement parts. being that my truck is a 1989 Toyota was very surprised they had the parts in stock. purchased the latch. hinges and a new hood for the truck.at a great prices i might add. only part i forgot ask for is a lock for the gas tank will be visiting again real soon. thanks again this place i will keep in my references for next time. read more

Cool place to get some parts if you need ot fast!! Cheap too i bought 2 headlights for my Jetta GLI and bought both for $40! Cheaper than the dealer which were $75 each. I bought a grille and some skirts and where about $50 its cheap and theyre not no cheap material either there new and in stock ( well i guess call ahead for a part ) but overall awesome price and service ! read more
