I needed the installation done, as I was in the process of giving the car to my daughter. I no longer drive a car. What happened to me over 20 years ago is a complicated one. I became too nervous to drive. The appointment was on March 14, 2025 at 11 AM. Albert Ng was my advisor. He thoroughly inspected my vehicle and told me additional work needed to be done. Windshield wipers were worn, bulb for the rear window brake light was out and the four tires were worn. I gave him the okay to replace the wipers, the bulb and the four tires. The car wasn't ready for pick up until Monday, March 18. My daughter and I arrived at 4:45 PM. However, we had to wait another hour to get the car. I can only guess the employees were still working on the car. What was the cost for the labor and parts for my car? It was about $787. Thank goodness I had the funds to pay instead of putting it on my credit card. Thank you, Albert, for assisting us. We are grateful for a job well done. Finally, our next step is a visit to AAA to do the transfer of ownership.

I had to swap out the battery on my wife's Toyota Camry over the weekend and had an extremely…read moredifficult time as I lacked a rachet set at home. While most cars, including my Lexus, has bolts that are easily removed with simply a wrench, Toyota decided they needed to put two different sized bolts to secure the battery in place (a 10mm for the terminal, and a 12mm for the battery frame). And to top it off, the battery frame does not have crossbars that are easily accessible. Instead, you have to finagle a socket extender in between an incredibly small, tight space that only a small child's hand would ever be able to wiggle through. Needless to say, without the proper tools, I could not do this job myself. I called AutoZone and asked if they would be able to assist me despite the fact that I purchased the battery elsewhere, and the person on the phone stated that it would not be a problem. Although this turned out to NOT be the case per their policy when I arrived, Douglas still volunteered to replace the battery for me when I discovered their tools that they lend to customers lacked a socket extender of the proper size. Although the total job took about 20mins due to the poor design employed by Toyota engineers, Douglas still generously assisted with this replacement without any complaints. I really appreciate this outstanding level of service and will definitely go out of my way to this AutoZone for all my auto parts needs!

I really hate this place…read more I hate that they never itemize their maintenance suggestions. They just give you a long list of recommendations with a HUGE total cost, and hope you're so overwhelmed, that you blindly say yes to everything. Last time I went in, they said a tail light was out. I told them I was going to buy the part from them and change the light myself. What did they do? They let me purchase the part, but they also changed the light bulb and charged me for it without telling me, of course. When I realized what they had done, I went back to return the part I no longer needed a week later, and when they pulled up my receipt, it showed I had paid for the maintenance, but there wasn't a receipt for the part I purchased, so the person at the desk refused to let me return it. I had to go find the guy who had worked with me the week prior and jog his memory so he could walk over and speak to the parts dealer himself on my behalf. WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. They also harass you via phone to get you to schedule maintenance all the time. Go somewhere else people, it's not worth it. Edit to add that they didn't put my front bumper, and the plate that goes underneath it, back together correctly, which made the plate drag over any slight unevenness in the road, likely in the hopes that I'd come back and spend more money.

Homework It appears the team associated with the service department is engaged in unscrupulous business practices. After being too busy to accept or respond to their calls and texts half a dozen times over a period of a month this past December. The team finally got a hold of me and indicated that my AudiCare had one oil service left in my contract. I asked the call center/service advisor "Are you sure I have one left in my package", they insisted yes and there would be no cost to me so I booked an appointment. See attached text message as evidence of this. After showing up for the booked appointment at 8.00am, I was informed that there are no oil changes left on my AudiCare contract and an oil change and inspection would be $400. I am not so upset at the cost, but the fact that it was purely a LIE to get me in. The service writer, Jaime apologized and was sympathetic but said his hands were tied and inquired if I still want the service, naturally I declined. He was kind enough to give me the business card of the service manager...its all part of the show. I am more sorry than angry that this dealership/service center chooses to engage in business this way. I feel bad for the other customers that be lured in this way. This is very unfortunate, as the sales experience was excellent a few years back. Too bad these guys ruined it...go anywhere else and pay a little more!
