I've been to this location before years ago to change my battery and liked the service I received so I decided to come back. At around 11am today however, the service was horrible. I walked in to see an empty store with one lady (employee) who walked past me and as I approached the counter, another male (employee) at the register on his phone. He did not acknowledge me so I stood in front of him just waiting for him to be done texting. Finally, he looks up as if I was interrupting and goes how can I help you? So I tell him I needed my battery changed and get this.. he said he couldn't help me because there was only 2 employees there and I could come back in a few hours. Now, he was right about there being 2 employees there but they weren't doing anything lol. And is there going to be more than 2 employees in a few hours? I was just so confused. Only had 1 experience here. Was looking for a lugnut for my car since my stud and lugnut got crossthreaded.. Came to the store, and a 2nd person came up to the front to help me while the first worker helped another person. He checked for my lugnuts and they didn't have it. He offered to check the stock at the 2 closest autozones for me and was able to confirm they had them in stock. Also apparently you can pay for items at 1 autozone and pick up at another store for easier checkout! Pretty convenient. most horrible service I've ever gotten at an auto zone especially as a lady. All 3 workers there on Tuesday October 7th @10:55A were sitting there on there phones not paying attention at all to helping customers. When a man finally came to ring me up I was asking him with assistance to which one would be better for my car. He said I need to go to a shop and didn't want to help me at all because they lazy af and not gentleman rude af! Horrible experience i came in to recycle oil and they were extremely rude about it and hostile they only wanted to recycle 5 gallons but i dont see any fine print anywhere where it says thats the limit. I stopped by to purchase a new pair of windshield wipers before another anticipated storm and received excellent service. I did some research to ensure I knew what to get but I asked an employee, Jose, at checkout to verify I had the right parts and he gladly did so. I also asked if they could install my new windshield wipers and he said he could. To my surprise I not only got my windshield wipers installed, and a tutorial on how to do so, but also a brief summary of what was under my hood and how to make sure I maintained my vehicle. Came in this morning because we needed a new battery to replace the 8 year old one in my 2010 Kia Soul. Needless to say there was quite a bit of corrosion on the old battery and we were able to get help replacing it. Despite being busy with deliveries and other customers, Jonisha and another member took the time to come out, remove the old battery and replace it with the new one. I'm giving this place a review and 5 stars because I have had to shop here and I've been given excellent customer service each and every time. My husband has sent me to do the shopping while he stayed at home to work. I don't like going to Auto Part Stores mainly because I am ignorant in this area and can be fed a line of bull and not know it. Until I get home and find out. This store and the employees in it are honest and super helpful. I had to buy a ton of stuff, everything for a front end brake job, some wheel covers and other things too. I was sent with a list and just handed it over to a woman who worked there. She was quick, asked a couple of questions and piled my listed items on the counter. She did ask about my buying one product over another since one was on sale. I'll take the discount please. It was almost $200 when I walked out of there and I was a little worried about the expense. I was also worried about how I was going to get all this stuff to my car since I had the Yeti Moose Lamb with me. Wonderful AZ woman to the rescue. She carried practically the whole load for me and put it in my car. When I got home I gave the receipt to my husband and he did get a little upset over a couple of items, but when I gave him the explanation of why, he calmed down. We were going to return the old brakes anyway and if we needed to take anything back because it was unnecessary, we could do it then. Brake job over, windshield wipers replaced, oil change done. Back to Auto Zone. We didn't return any of the products that I bought except the wheel covers. All came in handy. The old brake return was pretty awesome. We had brakes from a previous change and lost that receipt and I couldn't find the receipt from my recent purchase. No problem. Warranty items (such as the brakes we bought) are in their system and she could look it up (yes, a different woman is now helping us). We did return the wheel covers and as mentioned, I didn't have the receipt. She was able to look it up by our phone number and knowing the exact date and register of purchase. All in all, we got more money back than we expected, Auto Zone is very honorable to work with. Employees are helpful, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I don't think I want to go anywhere else for auto parts. read more

I was able to quickly figure out what blades I needed, however, a very helpful employee pulled the items for me and then offered to put them on for me - in the rain! I was so pleased with their service that I came back in with a few pieces of See's candy that I had just purchased as a thank you for being so kind. It's rare that you receive such one-on-one customer service with a smile and a helping hand. I really appreciated the fact that the employee took time to go the extra mile and install something that I purchased from their store. With chains, I feel like customer service makes or breaks the place. In the past, the customer service here has been good, but I usually ended up leaving without buying anything because of the fact that I usually had to wait at least 15 minutes on the checkout line. However, my experience yesterday changed my "meh" experience to a very positive one! I came in because of a minor yet annoying issue with the way my trunk closes. One of the employees went above and beyond to help me, and he ended up fixing the problem. I'm obsessed with opening and closing my trunk now. If you have a little time to wait or can go during the off hours, the customer service here is definitely worth it. read more

It seemed like he was annoyed and didn't have the time to help me out, but he did tell me the number of the bulb and the aisle. They didn't have what I was looking for. When I asked if he had any back stock, he replied that they were waiting on a truck. Hint for the young employee: If you want to stay employed and keep this business open, step it up. Called this auto zone asking if they would be able to test a relay on my car. They said absolutely as long as it it not raining. We get there about 10-15 minutes later and every employee is denying they ever said that and saying no one there answered that phone call saying you cant even test it. They were lying strait to our faces we even confirmed that it was this store we called. This place is typical for most auto supply stores, no matter what day of the week, no matter what time of day, there is a maximum of 2 employees and a minimum of 10 customers, most wanting to make huge orders on out of stock items, that is if they even know what they want or the exact model of car they have - or that the employee understands what they are asking. Plan on spending at least 20 minutes in line 1, the ordering line, and then another 20 minutes in line 2, the cashier line. And of the 2 employees working there will be one who pretty much knows what their doing and the other won't have a clue as to where they are working except for the name of the place on their uniform. The Manager on duty yesterday evening who closed the store 5/15 (I believe his name is Justin) shows no effort to provide good customer service. I experienced this twice. Once when I was in the store early evening watching an interaction with a woman that was having issues with an order they couldn't find. Then first hand when he hung up on me later in the evening when I called in because of a part that was given to me in error. He really does not seem that he cares at all whatsoever about his job by the way that he interacts with customers. I had to go to AutoZone this morning because my battery continues to drain when I don't drive my car in one week. This has been going on for 2-3 years each time the battery has been under warranty and gets replaced, but NO ONE ever asked me if I upgraded the electronics in my vehicle (SUV). When I spoke with Jason(the new Store Manager) today he asked me that question and informed me that they carry a larger battery for the upgrades and size of my vehicle so my battery doesn't drain every year. I am so very pleased that he took the time to look up and provide me with this information that I had to come home and write a review!
