I am only adding any stars at all, because Marlena was an amazing sales agent and went above and beyond pulling up vehicles, data and pricing for us. She was honest, up front and worked hard. I think the sales manager could do better, or be replaced, by Marlena. Yep, I said it.. He started by working really hard at explaining Kia's GAP insurance and almost insisting we purchase it. We already knew what it was and had purchased it before. He then proceeded to offer us $5k less than what our car was worth and convince us that the only APR available was 7%. Then he bragged about his credit and his recent purchase. Not a good experience. Please consider replacing him! We ended up choosing another dealership that offered us top dollar for our trade-in. But if I was to buy a Kia Telluride, I'd ask for Marlena. read more

Getting my dad's car serviced. Today the waiting room only had water and peanuts but there are plenty of outlets, usb chargers and seating. You can sit at high top counters if you want to get some work done and a view outside. Or sit in comfy chairs to watch TV. Luckily TV was at a low volume and the mellow music mostly drowned it out.
