    Changing my rating. Took the truck in for a vibration issue at 40 mph. The tech diagnosed excessive movement in the front axles. They replaced both front axles, seals, and hardware under warranty with zero hassle. The vibration is completely gone, and the truck drives smooth again. Impressed with how they handled the warranty claim at 29k miles.

    Went in and walked in looking for a new Mustang GT . I was greeted by Dueteronomy . He showed me with they had available based on my budget and showed this Mustang GT . The whole staff was curtious and kind . Offered me beverages and coffee while I was there . I was by no means rushed to buy by pushy salesman . After a while of talking we came into agreement and I purchased this car . Thank you hilltop ford for everything and to my excellent sales Dueteronomy for being awesome . Five stars all the way !!!

    I have never been treated better at a dealership than I have at Hilltop Ford. John, Don, Lynette, Sonia, Abby, B, and the finance guy (sorry I don't remember your name but you're great) were, and continue to be, spectacular. Everyone that I worked with was kind and really cared about me getting into the vehicle I wanted and they were patient when I wanted to test out different vehicles. They gave me room to breathe and never tried to rush me or get me into something I didn't want. I want to say that I also never got ANY creepy sales person vibes from anyone there. Not one time did I feel anyone being pushy. Not to mention I got a pretty screaming deal on a brand new Mach-E! Every person that I worked with on getting my vehicle was kind and even followed up via a call or text to make sure I had everything I needed and to see if I had any questions about my new car. I really do believe that they go way beyond the extra mile to take care of their customers and I will continue to send people their way. They are fair, patient, and work to get the best deal and I feel like that is exactly what I got. If this team is still around when it comes time for my kids' cars, this is exactly where I will go. I could go on and on because there really is more greatness to say about Hilltop Ford. Just do yourself a favor and go there for your next vehicle. John and his team will take care of you.     Pulling in at Hilltop Ford we were promptly greeted by Mariel Cordon Garcia and one of her Sales Managers. I had inquired the previous day about the Ford Lightening EV truck for my husband, they promptly provided me with answers to my questions on the product availability as well as the lease payment and terms I requested. Now it was time to drive, being greeted by these two warm and gracious individuals made us feel special and expected. While parking...a beautiful black Ford Bronco caught both of our attention. "Pssssttt.... Honey" I hear my husband whisper....... "Should we ask her if we can drive this one too?" Sure...I responded nervously.... I had crunched some preliminary numbers on the Bronco in the past and I was weary that this beautiful beast would push us over our budget for this purchase. Mariel pulled up the Ford Lightening Lariat that we had been discussing. We walked around the truck admiring its design. The demo impressed us, this truck is quick and responsive, the interior was thoughtfully assembled with the 'working person' in mind. It even included a work station with stowable gear shift. Cool stuff really. The drive was enjoyable, we headed back to the dealership. As we pulled back into Hilltop Ford our eyes were once again drawn to the black Ford Bronco. Mariel had pulled the Bronco to the front driveway, its beefy...do anything...concur anything...go over it ...go through it attitude spoke to us. We excitedly parked the Lightening and skipped over the Bronco; admiring its aggressive stance and utilitarian functionality. We love to go camping, snowboarding, and to the beach. We hopped inside and took the Bronco for a spin, the Wildtrack edition comes with a well powered 2.7L EcoBoost engine, 4x4, Bang and Olufsen sound system and so much more. We went with the Bronco...the car that caught our attention when we first pulled in, not the car we thought we were going to pick up. It just felt like it was meant to be. "Happy Hubby makes for a Happy Home!" I am also very happy. Mariel, Leon, & Garnett were professional & friendly they respected our time and provided us with everything we needed to make an educated and informed decision within the budget I had established for this purchase. Thank you Leon, Mariel, Garnett and the entire team and Hilltop Ford.

    I had a somewhat negative experience working with an advisor at this location, and the experience…read moremade me wary of Cartelligent overall. It seems like it can be good in the right circumstance, but it's worth being a bit careful about it. A friend highly recommended the advisor, saying that they'd saved her a lot of money on her car lease and made the process easy for her. I called and talked for over an hour to the advisor. They were knowledgable and friendly - great customer service. I figured that I may be able to save a little money by looking for a deal myself, but that I wanted to save the time and hassle, so the cost would be worth it. Also, I liked the idea that Cartelligent had access to better deals than I would by purchasing at volume from fleet managers. My plan was to lightly get offer prices myself, compare them to the price Cartelligent got, and then hopefully having validated that they were beating my price sufficiently, I could use them forever and rest assured that it was a worthwhile deal. I reached out to a few dealerships and got opening offers. I was shocked when my Cartelligent advisor came back with an initial price that was worse than three of the five dealerships I'd reached out to, and that was before their $600 fee. When I explained this, they responded a little defensively and asked for proof I had better deals. When I provided it, they came back the next day with an offer $50 a month cheaper than the one they first sent me - a cost difference of $1,800 over the course of the lease! Thank goodness I'd looked on my own and not taken their word for it. The experience shook my faith a bit, so I decided to negotiate with the other dealerships myself and compare. Once I got a bit further into the process, I gave Cartelligent the ability to win my business if they could get to a specific number by dropping their quote a little further. They were unable to do so, so I kept negotiations up elsewhere. Specifically, when I asked if they could get to that number, the whole email they wrote back was "That's awesome. That's a great deal" and that was the last I ever heard from them. With a little bit of work, I ultimately was able to secure a lower price than Cartelligent had before taking their $600 fee into account. Using Cartelligent would have cost me many hundreds of dollars more than negotiating on my own over the course of my lease. At the same time, I was trying to sell my car through them. I did their thorough online process, taking pictures and filling out the form. After it was clear I was going to negotiate a bit and not just take their first price, I stopped hearing about the sale process from the advisor. After the "That's awesome" email, I never heard back from them again, even after asking for updates on the sales process over email. They ultimately never gave me a quote on my car. I think they got mad at me and ghosted me, which I found surprising and unprofessional. It's possible I was able to get an unusually good deal because the EV market is weak right now. The second quote - the one $50 lower - was reasonable, and it did take me a little work to beat it. However, it was clear to me that you should always do your own due diligence and get quotes to check the ones they give you. If you do that, ultimately, you aren't really saving yourself that much work, so I'm not sure the $600 fee is worth it. Edit: David reached out, and we talked about my experience. He sounded as surprised as I was by my experience, and he's looking into it. I was impressed that he would follow up!
