I have found it to be well-staffed with knowledgeable and polite people, bright, very clean, and with plenty of parts in stock. I have mainly used to buy automotive accessory items, like hand cleaner, which I use to remove the sticky adhesive left by hook grip tape on my thumbs from weightlifting, or a magnetic extension back scratcher. For some reason, I get back itches in difficult-to-reach places, and I keep these squirreled away everywhere, like in my bathroom, gym bag, near my bed, near my computer, etc. I have bought these backscratchers here a lot, so much so that I now see they have like six in stock, when most O'Reilly's have just one or two, lol. That's the thing, you not only can find automotive parts and tools here as expected, but also eclectic accessory items, like the aforementioned back scratchers, USB chargers, keychains, carabiners, even refrigerated drinks. It's fun to shop here. A good thing about this, any O'Reilly Auto Parts is that they offer free electrical testing, like to see the state of your battery and alternator. They also do starters, but those must be off the vehicle for them to test. I have used them in the past to diagnose whether I have a weak battery or my alternator is actually the problem. And they can jump start you, for free, if need be. They can be a little difficult to access if you are traveling south on Longley Lane, as you first need to turn left onto Patriot Way (due to a cement barrier on Longley preventing left turns), then right onto a private plaza roadway. The O'Reilly can be hard to find, as there isn't a large sign on this back road, and it is easy to turn into the businesses beforehand from which you can't access O'Reilly. But this is a small price to pay for going to this wonderful location. I love coming here!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also gave me good advice of the selection of wipers that they had. For some reason I'm not really sure but this NAPA was no busy when I went in. So I was in and out of there very quickly. It was definitely convenient for me. Also like I was saying the prices are great for the quality you get. Easy parking and easy to spot from the street. Just look for the blue building. I really like that these guys had that unique windshield wiper other wise I would have had to go to the dealers and paid an arm and a leg for it. We purchased a battery less than six months ago from Napa in Lake County CA. My reno dealership did a diagnostic and told me it was bad. So having my invoice, battery in the car (with a 3 year warranty) I go to this store looking for help. I wanted them to test the battery and if necessary to replace it. I was told I would need to remove the battery and bring it into the store, let them test it and then I would need to take it out of the store and replace it into my car. Other auto part stores I've worked with will test the battery while still in the car. My HUGE disappointment is that the staff didn't seem to care enough to find a solution to help me out. I am saddened that their lack of care or compassion for a fellow human and the "policy" of the store takes precedent. So, I waited awhile, then we went back, picked out items, presented them for payment, showed my Veteran's ID, and this time received their advertised Military / Veterans Discount. The measure of good customer service is rectifying issues to the customers satisfaction. Businesses that develop and maintain a customer service mindset are able to learn from mistakes. Off Road Warehouse management acknowledged and accepted their previous mistake and avoided blaming me the customer. It analyzed honestly and objectively what went wrong. It implemented corrective actions. It actively sought to make and keep me and my family members as customers. He was VERY friendly and helpful, and it seemed that he was still in training. But no worries, because Eddie came to assist him and completed my MANY questions about the covers I was interested in. I finally settled on a leather-looking seat covers with tan imitation ostrich panels (side bolsters). Eddie was very thorough about my special order, and he made absolutely sure that the covers would fit BY CALLING the supplier/maker, mainly because these covers were VERY pricey. He told me that they would arrive in a couple of weeks. The covers came about 10 days or so later. Josh set up the appointment and I was on time with my limited production 2025 Toyota GR86 Hakone Edition, 1 of 860 produced in the United States. My car had tan stitching all over her black interior, and I wanted to make sure it would match. Owner Daryl and Eddie quickly and methodically installed the covers while I browsed next door at Sportsman's Warehouse. After about 45 minutes, I decided to go back to Motor Sheep and wait it out. Another 10 minutes go by, and Eddie returns from the back and informs me that my car was done. I go out and take a look at their work. My jaw dropped to the asphalt because (1) I COULD NOT believe how GREAT the covers looked, and (2) the tan panels PERFECTLY matched the tan stitching of the interior. Really, it was as though the car came stock from the factory looking like that !! I know these guys probably struggled to get them on, because the covers were on TIGHTLY, with no visible sags, looseness or flaws. From the time I initially walked in their shop doors, to me driving away sitting on my new covers, I was treated with respect, patience and professionalism. So if you want to protect your investment, and are looking to install some great-looking seat covers, I highly, HIGHLY, suggest you give Motor Sheep a try. (Note: When we bought our minivan 7 years ago, we got seat covers from them as well. They were located near the Meadowood Mall back then, and were treated with the same professionalism. The employee was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, we ordered the covers, they took about 4 weeks to make (which was how long they estimated). Installation took about 2 hours and they did a fantastic job. The employee went above and beyond helping me with the kids car seats, taking them out and putting them back in nice and snug after the seat covers were installed. They even cleaned my seats before installing the seat covers like I'd asked them. Thank you!! Very happy with the fit. They are nice and tight! Was told by the lady that because it is bulky and oversized and weigh more. Wow! This is new to me nonetheless I ordered and when they arrived I was expecting 2 leaf springs in a box. Well they were not boxed and loose , individual ones. They were left in the dirt and pebbles, all scraped up. Yes I know they will get scraped and dirty but can I be the one that foes that? Nothing bulky or heavy or even oversized about them. Ironically I purchased a engine hoist ( cherry picker) from a competitor of yours and no extra charge for delivery. Now that was bulky oversized and weighed at least 75 lbs. if summit would care to look at my account of how much I have spent in the last two years!! Guess I am not a good customer and will start shopping around. Which I never did before I only contacted summit first and never shopped around. Ultimately, I paid a total of $13,000 out of pocket. Consequently, I opted to downgrade to a 2017 GX460 with relatively low mileage suitable for its age. The vehicle was in good condition; however, I later recalled that certain vital multimedia functions ceased working on all models from 2017 and earlier. Regrettably, management was aware of this issue but failed to disclose it to me, which is why I am only awarding a two-star rating. We discussed a fixable problem related to the navigation system; however, I did not inquire specifically about the multimedia functions, and the staff did not consider it necessary to inform me. I acknowledge that I found this approach somewhat underhanded. On the third day after the sale, I spoke with the sales manager responsible for finalizing the deal. He offered me the option to select another vehicle for an additional $14,000, on top of the $13,000.00 I just put out, specifically a used 2021 GX model. I declined to adhere to my budget constraints. Consequently, I left the dealership with a bitter taste. Currently, I am faced with an issue where the vehicle's SOS and Destination Assist features are non-functional, and will never function. When I directly inquired about this, the manager attributed the problem to cellular providers, asserting that he had no control over the phone system issues and did not admit that the dealership should have fully disclosed the situation, allowing me to decide whether the missing functions were important. This was the third Lexus purchased from Dolan within four years. Based on this experience, I am unlikely to seek future purchases from Dolan and will probably consider a dealership in Sacramento. I have learned that approximately ninety percent of a dealership's sustainability depends on its service department rather than the sale of vehicles. This is especially relevant for Dolan, which operates as a volume dealership where higher sales figures correlate with increased sales of Lexus warranties. I invite you to consider where you will choose to make your next purchase and to avoid becoming a victim of such practices.
