From the minute I walked in one of the employees offered to help me find what I came in for. She was attentive and got me the right oil for my husband's dirt bike. This has become a go-to location for me for certain automotive items, as it is close by to my drive and I have always experienced delightful service at this location. I have found it to be well-staffed with knowledgeable and polite people, bright, very clean, and with plenty of parts in stock. I have mainly used to buy automotive accessory items, like hand cleaner, which I use to remove the sticky adhesive left by hook grip tape on my thumbs from weightlifting, or a magnetic extension back scratcher. For some reason, I get back itches in difficult-to-reach places, and I keep these squirreled away everywhere, like in my bathroom, gym bag, near my bed, near my computer, etc. I have bought these backscratchers here a lot, so much so that I now see they have like six in stock, when most O'Reilly's have just one or two, lol. That's the thing, you not only can find automotive parts and tools here as expected, but also eclectic accessory items, like the aforementioned back scratchers, USB chargers, keychains, carabiners, even refrigerated drinks. It's fun to shop here. A good thing about this, any O'Reilly Auto Parts is that they offer free electrical testing, like to see the state of your battery and alternator. They also do starters, but those must be off the vehicle for them to test. I have used them in the past to diagnose whether I have a weak battery or my alternator is actually the problem. And they can jump start you, for free, if need be. They can be a little difficult to access if you are traveling south on Longley Lane, as you first need to turn left onto Patriot Way (due to a cement barrier on Longley preventing left turns), then right onto a private plaza roadway. The O'Reilly can be hard to find, as there isn't a large sign on this back road, and it is easy to turn into the businesses beforehand from which you can't access O'Reilly. But this is a small price to pay for going to this wonderful location. I love coming here! read more

Gave me the wrong part for my car after I told them exactly what I needed according to my manual. Then they refused to exchange it, regardless of the mistake on their part. Don't go here unless you want to waste money. And keep your receipt for if/when they give you wrong parts. read more

Just got a new car and was interested in car mats. I wandered around the store, which was pretty small and without a whole lot of options. Strangely, the car mats all looked like they had there for a while - even the cardboard packaging looked like they had been manhandled by 384 people and returned to hang there. The staff up front all were up front chatting away to each other and it wasn't until I made a harrumph noise that one of them bothered to finally look over to me. Also the location on the corner of Virginia and Longley was really awkward - you had to go down Longley and drive through the back parking lots in order to find the store and its main entrance. Exiting, you can't make a left if you need to go back to Virginia Street. read more

I needed some pins for my car. I was helped by Milagros. Generally speaking coming to these places is boring n lame. Not today. Not only was she helpful. I was disappointed with my experience at this location today. The clerk who helped me greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and was able to quickly find the parts I needed (Wipers and headlight bulbs) and get me rung up. The downside was when I asked if he could show me how to install the headlights he told me he had never installed them on my particular vehicle. He apologized, but didn't even offer to help (or ask if I needed help) with the wiper blades. I was able to figure it out on my own, but am a little bummed the clerk didn't even see if someone else could show me how (or offer to help with the wiper blades). I have gotten great service from OReilly before so I guess I'll chalk it up to the luck of the draw. read more

Staff are always really friendly and helpful. I'm glad they are just up the street from me as they stock a lot of parts to get you out of a pinch. They have the other stores they can have parts delivered from so you don't have to drive across town, they will drive for you. They also recycle oil here which is convenient when changing your own oil. The oil change specials are good too! read more

These guys just saved me in a pinch. My battery died at work, got it jumped and went here on my way home. Best place to find a battery at 7pm! I was very inspiring with this business today. I had an employee take a battery down to get a new one. The employee charged him for the core even though he turned in the battery. So we called down to speak with the manager. The manager said she spoke with someone and that my employee didn't bring a battery in. We explained to her that this will cost my employee his job if that is true. So I went down there with my employee, some to the person who sold it to him and he admitted we brought a core and he was sorry. The manager in the other hand was rude, called me rude, and that it isn't right to for an employee for be fired over this situation. Stealing and lying? Not that this was her business. She didn't do her job and almost got someone in serious trouble then she didn't handle it well. But, we got our core back read more

I just left OReillys. We limped in driving my friend's old pickup. We thought it was the alternator. Michael great he carefully review the alternators and explained the difference between the alternators. He then helped us as we took the alternator out of the truck. He then tested it and guess what? It was absolutely fine. He was honest and told us we didn't need an alternator. That is type of service every manager should want from their employees to their customers. read more

Full Service I stopped by to get a pair of headlamps for my Ford Explorer. The young man behind the counter looked up my vehicle and decided there are two possible models. He then went out to my vehicle and pulled the lamps out to ensure he had the right one. While another employee picked out a rear windshield wiper for me, the first employee installed my new lamps. He even saved the one working lamp for me. While installing my head lamps, the employee noticed that my lenses are worn. He told me about a product he used with good results. Since he gave such great service, I took him up on his offer for head lamp restoration kit. I hadn't tried it yet but my headlamps sure are bright. read more
