The manager (forgot his name) but a very nice guy, customer friendly, and knew his craft. He helped us install a battery in our vehicle when it was almost dark in the day. The store was busy, but he took time to accommodate while his other employee resumed duties inside the store. The experience here was positive and the manager got the job done. This is the 3rd time this has happened which is why I'm finally giving a review, my time is valuable to me and my family. I came here to purchase a battery to be installed. The person who came out to install the battery was pretty much a lost cause. He kept going back into the store for one thing or another. Each time he he took longer & longer to come back out. My friend sent her husband over to see what the heck was going on. While I sat & waited for him to arrive the employee never came out to check on completing the install. I did go back into the store to tell them I was returning the battery. Needless to say he was busy talking to other customers not looking something up as he told me he was going to do. "Yikes!" is how I can sum up my reaction to this particular location. We were stranded at this location day before NYE at 8:30 pm. We needed to replace the light fuse and this was the closest auto parts store. There was 1 employee that didn't seem interested in working or just possibly having a bad day. No problem- we can get in and get out, I can deal with the lack of customer service but then my daughter wanted to go to the bathroom . I didnt think I was going to write about the bathroom but here I am...writing about the bathroom. Now I am usually wary of auto parts stores and gas stations and any similar establishment because it is not the cleanest. I was right ‍ ugh. No toilet seat protector, the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, no paper towels OMG. So gross. My daughter held it. When my car died about 2 weeks ago, I went to autozone to replace my battery. Despite the battery dying 2 weeks later and having to go to the Ford dealership to get my car diagnosed, the battery itself was damaged and not holding a charge. While it was not the store's fault that the battery was damaged, I give this place 5 stars because one employee, Karina, spent 3 hours helping us out. During the installation of the new battery, we needed new bolts and parts to hold the battery in place, and I ended up going back and forth from my car to the store with Karina to measure the size of the bolt while she patiently assisted me. Even though it didn't end up working out, I really appreciate the effort that Karina made to give us all the attention we needed to get my car fixed. This was some of the best customer service I've ever experienced in any store, restaurant, or business, and she should be commended and rewarded for going the extra mile. read more

Ricky (I think--shouldn't have waited long enough to become uncertain) offered immediately to help me find what I needed, and had recommendations for places to look for the filter, which they weren't currently carrying. My battery just completely died so I needed to get a new one. I called to make sure they had batteries for my car and they listed all the different options available. Matthew C. Did the install for my battery. I had just had my car checked a couple weeks ago when I did an oil change elsewhere and no one had ever said my battery was corroding or was dying. But Matthew worked really hard on getting the corrosion off so I can get my new battery put on. He answers several questions as well and was very friendly. My wife's SUV would not start in the morning. No lights were left on so I thought it maybe the battery. I jump started it the took it to Auto Zone. I was greeted right away, described my problem and they did a free diagnostic. It turns out to be that the battery should be replaced. They removed the old battery, and installed a new one. Gari, the Assistant Manager was beyond helpful. He was very thorough on what the process was in battery changes and replacements. To top it off, they replace your old battery and install the new one at no additional cost for you! Score! I come here now and then for car stuff, the staff always is helpful and they once even helped me when I asked them to look at my car and see if they can fix a thing I has trouble with. Sometimes an extra hand or a second look will do it. I come here by default for misc. car parts when I need them, headlights or oil, things like that. Eveyone seems to be helpful and so far even when they don't have a part they would redirect me elsewhere if they know where else I can find it. read more

i went to autozone to get a new battery for my car. they accidently sold me the wrong battery. i get it. things happen. the manager laughed in my face when i didnt have OVER $500 FOR A NEW BATTERY (the $278 for the wrong 1 that i now have to wait 2 weeks to get that return + another $278 for the right battery). sorry if im not made of money and able to put over $500 for a battery that only cost $278. the workers and everyone was nice and respectful but the lady in the grey shirt assuming it was the manager was rude condescending and straight wasted my time tryin to dick me around in the store. if i could give this place 0 stars i would just because of this lady. she was the only reason i went off in the store. as a paying customer NO "MANAGER" should handle that situation the way she did. never will i ever return to that store. ridiculous the way she handled that. definitely gonna be calling and filing a complaint with corporate. I have always loved Autozone, but this last visit was especially pleasant and I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. I went in to get some replacement bulbs for my headlights this afternoon, and the gentleman at the counter was super friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a clear rundown of my options and which bulbs were brighter versus longer lasting. He was efficient but also very thorough as he explained everything - I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! I gave it my best effort to install the headlights on my own, but I was having some issues. I came back about an hour later to ask for some help. Felix helped me this time around. They seemed to be pretty busy, but he was still kind enough to drop what he was doing and come help me out. He put the new bulbs quickly and with a smile. He even refused the tip I offered! AutoZone My wife and I went here on Saturday shortly before 2. We were quite satisfied when we left. Great hours: Sun 8 a.m.-9 p.m.; Mon-Sat 7:30 a.m.-9 p.m. One of the cashiers greeted us right away. She was a little sassy, but I was impressed with her knowledge of the store (she knew right where the hubcaps were, and she easily directed a male customer a moment later to the buckets of paint). The store is small, but it's organized extremely well. I also noticed how neat the aisles were. The floor was a tad dirty, but the store was otherwise clean. There's a solid selection of hubcaps. My wife paid $24.99 for hers (most of the packs of 4 are $29.99 or more). My wife also bought a wheel cover for $12.99 (there are about 40 wheel covers to choose from- some of them are colorful and comical). I like the wheel cover (I drove the car that it was installed in on Monday). It was easy enough to install, and it only took about 2 minutes to adjust to how it felt. My wife bought the wheel cover at a good time. "Purchase any Store-Stocked Wheel Cover between 11/14/17 and 12/25/17 to claim a $10 AutoZone Gift Card." Anyway, I will mail out the receipt and promotion form this week. 3 of the wheel covers have rhinestones on them. I'm not docking for this (simply stocking the item made this likely to happen), but one of the wheel covers is missing 3 rhinestones. A guy saw me patting my wife's butt. Oh well. Most of the car batteries sold here are $131.99 or $136.99. The other cashier was friendly and professional. He even made sure that my wife and I were together (maybe he thought that I was stalking her). There aren't a lot of parking spots, but parking shouldn't really be an issue. Although the store is small, you'll probably find what you're looking for (my wife will buy some Rain-X wiper blades in the future). Never come in to this auto zone without doing your research first! I needed a new headlight bulb for my car and went in knowing all the information about my car. The guy working there said he didn't the only thing I could buy that would fit in my car was a pair of aftermarket LED lights for about $80. I left and sat in my car for 5 minutes looking online and was able to find the bulb on their website that fit in my car. I went back into the store and asked if they had it in stock (showing them the bulb) and they said they did and I purchased it for less than $20. I am not sure if they work off commission but either he had no idea what he was talking about or he was attempting a major upsell. It's unbelievable that me (who barely knows anything about cars) can navigate the auto zone website to find what I need 100x better than the employees there. They are completely useless and I would never trust them. read more

Customer service apparently is a foreign concept at this store. I placed an order on-line for a pair of wiper blades. Two days later I received an email that my order is ready to be picked up. I head to the store Sunday morning. The elderly gentleman helping me can only locate the one blade. His coworker (young woman) says that the they do not have the other blade. I ask, "then why did i receive an order that it was ready?". No response from either. Woman finally calls other store location. She asks me if I want to go to the other location to pick it up or wait for it to be delivered to this location. I'm thinking to myself, "Hell no - why should i do you a favor and go to the other location when you should have been on top of this?!" I decline her offer. She says the item should be ready for pickup that afternoon. At this point, NO ONE has acknowledge the inconvenience THEIR mistake has caused. Long story short - later that afternoon - I call to confirm that the blade has indeed arrived and is ready for pickup. Adding further insult to injury - when i pick up the item - another young woman "helps" and gets the blade. She walks back and places the item on the counter in front of me and walks away without a word ... Kudos to this store location and their employees for their exemplary customer service ...NOT!!! read more

I have always been an AutoZone fan--my dad referred me there way back when. I have been to this location twice. The first time the service person was polite as usual. They didn't have much of the auto tape I was looking for to fix my headlight casing, but the mesh reinforced tape I chose as a substitute was actually great to make a border with. I went back this week to get a tail light replacement bulb. They were out, but Alex referred me to two other places that might have it. I prefer AutoZone so I said I'd wait. Alex promised it would be in the next day--and it was. Gari installed it for me and was awesome about it, using a flashlight because the sun was already going down. I had my non-people-friendly dog with me, and Gari even waited for me to take him for a walk so Gari could get near the car. This place already had great reviews and all of this is why. read more

Auto zone was there when I was having a panic attack on what the hell to do with my car. the man behind the counter explained the EGR valve problem I had, even though the car had other problems and didn't pass smog anyway, he did his best to help me in my circumstance.. I really love that they let me use their computer to diagnose my cars problem.
