I came here to get an oil filter and synthetic oil for my SUV and they had a deal between the two on this particular week. I want to say I got both of them for about $30 but I could be wrong. Lol. After I changed my oil with my friends, I found out I had a blown out of fuse and I bought a fuse for my daytime running lights/DRL and I was able to keep those running all day long! Everything about Allen Amador screams superlative customer service and care. I was in the store on Mother's Day to get a battery for my wife's car. I didn't have any tools of my own to remove the battery from the vehicle, and Allen promptly asked me if I needed any tools. I first borrowed an open end wrench to disconnect the battery and then noticed a bolt down at the base of the battery. I went back in to the store and Allen politely asked if there was anything else that I needed. I asked for a socket with an extension. I brought the battery into the store and Allen quickly found the proper replacement. Allen the said that he would accompany me back out to the vehicle to reinstall the new battery. I didn't notice at first, because Allen had a coding tool that was very necessary to the proper battery function. Allen got the battery coded properly and was also of great assistance in installing the new battery. Allen was a walking example of superlative customer service! Allen's demeanor was so laid back yet he sprang into action when he felt the need to offer help. Allen made something that seemed harder to begin with into a situation that was effortless! I live very close to this store, so I go regularly. The employees aren't usually super friendly, but they're fine. The store usually has what I need, so it works. Today I went in and saw an older white man named Eugene working at one of the counters. I asked him a simple question about an air filter and he got so annoyed that I bothered him. He said "the line is over there", motioning to the other person helping a customer. So he begrudgingly helps me all the while mentioning how people come up and bug him when he's busy. OH I'M SORRY! Did I see a store employee at the counter and made the mistake of asking them a question where THEY WORK? I've never seen him there. He probably only works the opening shift. Good service witht everything I needed to replace a battery and oil change for my cars

Great help and a small necessary auto part was in stock when it wasn't at similar competitors. The guys working there were great - assertive and quick. With all the social distancing stuff and new constraints they had all the masks and hand sanitizer you could ask for. They moved the line along and workers were multitasking when they could. The store itself pleasant to be in - not like some Walmart experience - with anxiety inducing crowds or chaos. Rather there was a marked off wait line and little marks on the floor so people knew where to stand. Although I took a break for a few years I occasionally do a routine oil change once again - and even if you have an older or more rare vehicle they are likely to have everything you need to get it done. read more

Stop by Autozone today - i wanted to return the cordless polisher in favor of a corded one. I used it for 1 hour and decided it was not the hardware for me. Only had this for 2 days and i just did some polishing on headlights. Went to the store today to return it and Store Manager Eugene Payne talked to me in a commanding voice telling me why i'm returning it? Telling me that you can only return it if was damage, voiced raised, told me to buy only if you need it. Dont buy and return it if you dont like it. autozone shipped me defective items, I went to this store to exchange. they said they cannt do exchange but return and then buy at full price. I told them just to do exchange because the defective items are part of the order, returning partial order will only refund the discount price but buy them again would charge full price. The so-called store manager told the other colleague that I did not understand. When I tried to explain to her the situation, they did not agree to exchange. I asked to talk to her manager, then she said I was disrespectful and refused service. All right. Not sure why this location gets such a low rating. I highly recommend the staff at this AutoZone!! Came here to buy wiper blades (not a handy person). Andre asked us if we needed help and even went to our parked car and measured our front blade. Otherwise, we'd have purchased the wrong products. We couldn't quite figure out how to pop out the old blades, and Alexandra helped us uninstall the old blades and put in new ones for both the front and rear wiper blades. The level of service cannot get any better than this. I can't thank these guys enough for the awesome help and super friendly attitudes! read more

I was there on Sunday, and I was so impressed by the great service I received from NOEL, he helped me pick the lightbulbs my car needed, and not only that, he installed them right away, no problem. I offered a tip and he said he was just doing his job and there was no need. HE WAS THE BEST !!! A week before I had been to O'Reillys on Hesperian Blvd, and I struck out, they were not willing to try to help me at all, there were no customers in the store but the guy was watching the game on his phone and just could not be bothered, they always say in that store they do not have enough employees on the weekend come back tomorrow.He could not even close the hood properly ! I had a very bad experience with this business. First off I purchased parts that were supposed to be delivered on the following day. Part of the order came but part wasn't delivered. After being guaranteed the parts would be delivered by 3 pm, the parts weren't delivered so I got a refund; $160. I went to another Auto parts store to purchase the part, the correct price was less than $23. The clerk had sold me the wrong part. There's really no excuse for this level of inefficiency. I've been going to autozone to get all my oil car related parts. But yesterday I went in to purchase a newer battery because my old one is 4 years old. It works fine and cranks over every time. I thought I upgrade to a better one as part of preventative maintenance. So I purchased a $180 (Duralast AGM) battery with my old core as trade in. I took it home and the car wouldn't crank. I checked all terminal and everything is fine (terminal is free of oxidation, grounded correctly). Keep in mind that my old battery worked and cranks over everytime, however it is 4 years old. I check the battery and it's been sitting on the shelf from 2013 !!!! I took the battery in for another one and inspected the durelast agm and all of them have been sitting on the shelf for 6+ month. The reserve capacity are all gone and not enough to turn over the car. You go into a store to purchase a new working battery. Not ones that's been sitting on the shelf for 6 to 12 month. When I went in to return the battery. Associate john gave me the hardest time trying to return it. I ask for a refund with my core back because there was nothing on the shelf that was manufactured within 5 month. He refused to take the battery back saying it's the store policy... He refuse to give me back my core says it's store policy. He told me that the only thing he can do for me is give me a battery from Jan 2014.... a battery he knows is low on reserve capacity. (I know he knows cause he has the guilty look on his face). He told me I have to purchase another working battery from another store bring the receipt for me to return the old one. So I had no options but to take it knowing that the battery is bad. btw it's common knowledge that if you drained a AGM deep cycle battery it will reduce it's life span. So I paid $200 lost my working battery. Got my self a non working battery that I cant return even thou I bought it within 24hr. These guys have no idea what they are talking about. Calling my RX7 a 4 cylinder that's why the battery doesn't work. Testing the battery with your stupid little tester doesn't tell you the load and reserve capacity issues. Next thing they are going to tell me my rx7 needs some new pistons. Anyways I will file a formal complain to BBB and forward a complaint to Autozone corporate. You guys wonder why you are losing customers these days. You hire these guys that has no idea how to work on cars and don't understand what customer service is what do you expect. Avoid this place like a plague and shop at a store like NAPA that are actually ran by knowledgeable people. read more

Terrible service, this is the closest parts store from my house, so I had been here a few times. The employees here do not care about their work. Once, there were nobody at the cashier or on the floor, I had to walk to the back to find someone to help me. The guy was laying down on the floor watching something on his phone. Today, I went to get a part, gave the lady the part number to make it easy. The lady was on the phone the whole time talking to her coworker. She came back a few minutes later and said she can't find the part. She didn't try to see if other stores has it or not, she just walked away and continued talking on her phone. O'Reilly's happened to be closed due to computer problems yesterday, so I ended up going here. They're always grumpy at O'Reilly's, so frankly, this was a better choice. Christopher was extremely helpful in figuring out how to replace my light bulbs in my atypical car (I hadn't been able to find an accurate guide), and he was friendly and quick and did most of the work. I hope I don't have to go back in future (fat chance, the car is 10 years old), but if I need parts, I'll definitely go here. read more

Bought something online. Payed online. Show up to pick it up, only to be told I have to pay for it again because Eugene (manager) refunded the original order earlier in the morning (at least 6 hrs prior to my arrival). No notification of that from my CC provider. No notification of that from Autozone even though they have my phone number, email, etc. The employee was unable to provide any kind of record of the refund, so I reported it as fraudulent to my CC company. Why go through this? Go somewhere else where they keep records of business transactions. read more

I'm buying a battery for my car and clerk look it up for me and found it in their computer. Instead of getting the battery for me, he dicided to answer the phone and stayed on the phone for 5 minutes. Once off the phone, he asked me to just get it myself so I did and put right next to the cashier. He then proceeded on answering another phone call. At this point, 20 minutes had gone by. Store manager, please train your employees to accommodate a customer that's about to complete a purchase instead on fielding over the phone inquiries. You just lose a 130 sale and a customer. read more

This is an AutoZone, I do not have high expectaitons and just like to get my things and go. They offer the normal items that most automotive places offer, which is comparable to Wal-Mart, Target and Pep Boys. This specific AutoZone isn't the biggest but it has all of the things one would need to take care of basic car needs. This place doesn't wow you by any means, but it is clean and everything has its place in their store. I go here periodically just to gave something quickly. I used to go here to get oil, where I look for deals taht happens quite often. I also look to purchase air filters, touch up paint and bulbs. I have never had to purchase any large items, brakes, timing belts, batteries, ect. so I can't really comment on their products, their main product appears to be Duralast. What makes or break this place is the employees. I have had very helpful employees and straight up dicks. Thankfully, the dicks haven't been working there for a while. When I say dicks, I mean apathetic, unhelpful and just plain rude people employees. The majority of the employees I have met recently aren't overly helpful, but nice when I did need something. That's all I ask - when I ask for help someone helps - not that I need to be handheld throughout by shopping experience. What makes me come back over and over again is that it is the closest automotive supply store in my area and that there are points you can get every time you spend $20. For every $20 you get one point, every five points you get $20. So essentially spend $100 get $20 back. I go back here with a purpose. I don't expect help but will ask for some if I need it. Otherwise, this place works just fine. I am not impressed or unimpressed by this automotive supply store. read more
