Stole my money , made me buy a air filter at the sister store and then acted like they never sold me it when I came to pick it up . They deleted my pick up order . 2 weeks I'm unable to pick it up and they delete the whole thing like it never happened. They took my name And phone number when I bought it . Why would you delete those records of my purchased air filter that I need to pick up? You not the only auto parts store in town . Go anywhere else but here . I'm definitely not a fan of this location. The employees will literally ignore you like they are pretending they don't see you are not standing here. They are extremely rude. They are unprofessional. When you finally do her help they take forever. I bring my husband here often because he needs to get stuff when he is working on his rig and everytime we are there for at least an hour only because it takes so long to get assistance on the smallest things. read more

I had the best experience this morning. My car seems sluggish to start so I went to buy a battery. They could have easily sold me a battery but did a check and the battery was fine. I must have left a light on last night. Fast and extremely wonderful service. I had a back light out and had my own bulb. He actually put it in free. I promise here and now. His name is Crispin, he was helping me by price checking batteries. Norma was rushing him and telling him "there's a line"....umm excuse me, but I've waited an hour for help! I always come back here and my loyalty is with this particular store. Everyone is always helpful so i wanted management to know this. I especially wanted to thank a person by the name of Lenaire (i hope i spelled his name correctly). I needed an axle for my 1997 civic and he went above and beyond to locate one for me. Nobody else had this part and if it wasnt for Lenaire i would have had to get a rental car to get around. Lenaire got the part i needed and i was able to successfully install the axle! While this location isn't typically my favorite either... I just need to give a big thumbs up to the girl that took care of my battery issue. I came in there with a dead battery, tried to bring it through the door and I dropped it and it broke and battery acid went all over the sidewalk and entry... No complaints from the staff. The girl that was working looked it up and saw the number was wrong but that my battery was still under warranty, she corrected the issue and gave me a new battery for no charge. Excellent customer service, good job girl! I can't give the review five stars, because this store doesn't deserve a five star rating... but the girl that helped me sure does. read more

I experienced extremely disappointing customer service on Sunday December 8, 2019. The assistant manager advised me a part was unavailable in her store. I asked if she was able to resource other stores. She then exclaimed that she only had access to stores close by and did not have access to any other stores. Dumbfounded that an assistant manger a person in a leadership role responded in such fashion. Made me feel even less valued as a frequent customer. O'Reilly Auto Parts was conveniently across the street and extremely helpful. Without a single prompt all the right questions were asked and I later picked up the part I needed 40 miles away heading home. It's almost laughable that a manager from such a notable organization, can fail they're customers. Lastly I don't know what's worst a manager that lacks proper training or an organization willing to promote employees less than fit lead the other associates. I've been in this store a few times and I've had consistently bad experiences. The last 3 times I went in it was some of the same people that happened to be working. There is one man that works here who is a complete jerk. He is management, and is the really tall guy. He always ignores people standing in line even when if they're the only person in the store at 7:30am, he doesn't care and he will just go walk in the back..... this has happened so many times with this guy! Well, My experience at this Autozone was excellent .I had a recent incident where my headlight went out around 8 in the evening. I headed towards Autozone assuming a cop would find me before I arrived there. A male employee named Matthew M walked out to my car to see what I needed, after I told him the situation. He found the part and as I was headed out the door with my purchase he followed. Told me to pop the hood and within 10 minutes I was heading home. He fixed the light for me :) I had no idea prior how I was even going to change the bulb. Talk about excellent customer service. On monday 6/12/17 I went early morning and asked for 2 new rotors and break pads for a 2003 toyota tacoma 2003 I told the guy helping me what I needed and I repeat it twice I dont know if he wasnt paying attention but gave me the Wrong rotors then I went back and explained he gave me 5 holes rotor and I needed 6 came back home only to find out he had also given me the wrong brake pads, how difficult is it to pay attention to what the customer wants? I was mad I had to come back twice to this place Oh and the guy that helped me was a Manager SMFH ?? If he cant do this job maybe he should be flipping burguers some place , after more then 22 yrs coming here iam shopping at the competiton maybe they ll do a better job read more

Had autozone put in a new battery purchased from them. It was for Toyota Tundra. Three months later it was sliding and dead battery. Went to San Diego and the only thing they did was test battery down there. Called Toyota dealership and found out it had wrong battery so ended up purchasing a new battery at Toyota. Autozone would not do anything. read more

The night help is awful. Dickie H was joking with the customer that was already being helped ignoring me. I waited in line for 20 minutes , funny there were 3 employees and only 1 other customer. Jason ( who was helping the other customer) is the only one who acknowledged me saying, " we will be with you shortly" and that only after I had been waiting almost ten minutes . The lady who finally help me never said sorry to keep you waiting. Apparently two of the three employees do not realize that customers pay their wages by buying at their store. read more

So this particular loction is not my favorite. Its always busy, long lines and the phone is non stop ringing. So why 5 stars you might ask yourself. JENNIFER! SHE IS THE ONLY REASON. JENNIFER is super friendly and patient. I needed her to look up a water pump for my car. She looked at my file based on my phone number and knew she was in for a challenge. She took the challenge like a champ and didn't complain or put me on hold forever. She was able to fing my part so I didn't have to buy another part that was still under warranty. read more

I have been going to this auto zone for years because of location, very close to where I live. Customer service is always terrible. Many times I have been waiting in line and one clerk helping a customer with several clerks standing around talking to each other. This happens often! I guess customers in line have the least priority. Today same thing. Across the street (thank goodness) a new auto parts place. While in line I called the new place, they had what I needed. I left the line, went across the street and purchased my supplies quicker than if I would have stayed in line. LOL. read more

I spend tens of thousands of dollars at autozone each year. Usually, when I go into the store I already have the part number which Makes it easy for the parts clerk to find the part and cash me out. Whenever I go into this location I always look for the little short fat Mexican woman. If she is working, I don't go in. Everyone else seems ok and on point. But the little fat Mexican woman always has a damn attitude with me over stupid shit and tries to question my knowledge which is absolutely insulting. I understand she is a supposed parts "expert." But when I ask for something and give a specific part number, it's obvious that I am in there to get in and get out. Not to argue if this is the correct part or not. I am a fucking master mechanic, I don't need some little fat Mexican woman arguing with me over every little detail or trying to sell me fucking fuel cleaner if I'm buying a fuckin radiator.
