About 2 months ago my boyfriend and I stopped in, and asked how much for an undercoating on his Chevy 2500. They said $400 (give or take a little). Great! So we made an appointment and dropped it off. We had the last appointment of the day. When he went to pick it up he didn't look it over there, he paid and left because they were about to close. When we got home and crawled under the truck to check it and there were so many spots that were overlooked and went unsprayed. The next day we took it back, he told the manager what happened. He apologized, gave a bunch of excuses but agreed to make good on it. So, we dropped it off again the next day and again, it still wasn't done properly. So, this time we called the LineX of Noblesville (they're franchised and not owned or operated by the same people, but at the time we didn't know this.) The manager there looked at the truck and essentially said that the whole thing was a botch job and needed to be redone and it would be $90/hr at about 4-5 hours for them to scrape the old coating off and then the $400 to respray. So, we called corporate. They took our complaint and said they would reach out to the store manager/owner for response. That same day or the next day we received a call from the manager of LineX Indy who eventually agreed to let us scrape the work and they would redo it for free. Well after hours, and hours of scraping the truck on the weekends and evenings after work we finally finished and power washed it and took it back there this past weekend. Upon walking in we were greeted and gentleman gave us an appointment for Thursday (tomorrow) to bring it back and have it redone. So tonight, the dickhead manager calls us and says that he would not redo the work. That because we left him a bad review on Facebook he would not make good on his word. (We left a shitty review BEFORE he agreed to make good on his botch job of a undercoating he initially did). SO, I called him myself (he'd mostly spoken to my boyfriend) and began to tell him I was very appalled at the decision to not make good on his word, to which he HUNG UP ON ME. I'm beyond myself. I have NEVER seen or had a service like this in my life. Unreal. Would never recommend to anyone.

I didn't know what to expect. If I had known that you could rent a golf cart to go in the yard instead of pushing a wheelbarrow around a 6 football field sized yard filled with 100's of cars I would have done so. Noted. But all the vehicle's were elevated so getting under them was easy. There were engine lifts out there i didn't have to use one so I don't know what or how someone would go about borrowing one. But they have them. The parts are very reasonable and if you are in the tires or batteries, pretty much anything else that you could want or need for a vehicle they have it.

Overall, a pretty good experience. The staff were friendly, and the prices were cheap. It looks…read morelike they have a pretty broad selection, although they didn't have any Honda Elements (which I think are more rare). Now I know it's in the name, but just know that you will have to take the part off the scrap vehicle out in the yard. So some basic wrenching knowledge is needed. I took my own tools, but it looked like they had some tools for use out there. Also, if you are looking to get a big part, or a bunch of parts, they have wheelbarrows you can use, or golf carts you can rent for $5/hr ($20 deposit). The $2 yard entry fee was interesting...not sure why they'd charge me to look, but it's only $2. Also if you sign up for their free vip program you get two free entries and $1 entries after that.

After…read more9 months of my own research and a personal conversation with Graham Rahal, I decided to go with the Lingenfelter by Corsa exhaust. Personally knowing Ken Lingenfelter was a strong consideration in this selection and Graham making a strong recommendation as well. July 29, 2021 I placed my order through outsourcing by GRP and within 4wks the unit was delivered and I was put on schedule for installation. My car was dropped off and I can say it was treated with care. The guys at the shop worked on my car and ensured it was right as well as perfect before returning it to me. Alex Sweet kept me apprised of the situation with my car, as far as where they were in the installation and re-calibration of the valves. I can say the shop had paperwork that detailed my cost on parts and labor and the expectations I should see once completed. I couldn't be happier with the end results of my car. When I came to pick the car up everything was explained and shown to me, of the operation. I've since made several referrals for GRP, especially when it comes to C8 Corvette performance work. Three days after getting my car back I personally got a phone call from the automotive world renowned Ken Lingenfelter who inquired not only about the namesake exhaust on my Corvette but my experience at GRP. I had nothing but great things to say and Ken hopes to be able to have an automotive performance facility in the Indy Metro area that is certified to handle the Lingenfelter product line of LPE parts. So, with all that's been said about Graham Rahal and his GRP shop, I wouldn't allow anyone else aside from them, to do work on my car, at least work of this caliber.

Come to find out it needed tire sensors and new tires all the way around. The warranty I paid for is not honoring repairs. I have had nothing but issues and have only driven the vehicle 4x's. The transmission light is on, there's a leak in the sunroof, it's leaking oil, and needs motor mounts. Apparently there is no lemon law on used cars ... imagine that. Can't get plates because the bank IDW goes through won't release our titles. Oh and IDW won't answer their phone, probably because online it says they filed bankruptcy. I'm out of $14,000. I paid $10,000 CASH for a 2011 Mercedes ML350, plus $1,000 for a so-called "warranty" that was completely useless. The SECOND they got my money, the friendliness disappeared. The car was never detailed, had no gas, and wouldn't even start when I picked it up. I was told "don't worry, it's just a diesel." That was a lie. The car broke down multiple times THAT SAME DAY. I had to PAY for my own tow while they dodged every question and gave me a ridiculous "code" to start the car. They swapped out the starter but ignored everything else that was wrong. I had starting issues, an oil leak, and electrical problems. They kept my car for WEEKS, pretending to work on it, only to say they "couldn't figure it out." When Mercedes finally looked at it, they found over $14,000 in repairs needed -- things Indy Wholesale either knew about or didn't care enough to check. And of course, they refused to help me, hiding behind "AS IS." I had the car less than 90 days and had to sell it for $8,000 LESS than I paid. Indy Wholesale Direct LLC Patrick, Aaron this is me calling you out: you knowingly sold me a bad car, you refused to stand behind what you sold, and you left me to deal with the mess alone. To anyone considering buying from this place -- especially women buying on your own -- RUN. Don't walk. RUN.
