1 star only because I had to. They had 3 employees working, my husband and I were the only customers. Not once did any of them offer to help Not even a greeting. We just live a stone throw away from this store. They don't always have what my husband needs in parts, but if you need the basics like oil, windshield washer fluid or auto wash well this is a good go to place. Maybe even a fuse or bulbs if need be. The staff is always helpful and friendly when you walk in. This is jus your typical auto parts store that if you are an unfortunate car owner who has to work on your car then call first because they may not have what you need. If it's just maintenance items well you'll be in luck they are well stocked and a very orderly store. Laid out so it's easy to navigate to find all the item you may be in need of. Also they carry many accessories too. Air fresheners, steering wheel covers and seat covers. All kinds of things you may need to spruce up an older car. read more

I have visited this store on several occasions to pick up auto parts, mostly replacement bulbs for taillights and headlights, but also for a random assortment of accessories. As a female, I do not have a lot of experience working on cars, but I am certainly not afraid to get my hands dirty to fix the easy stuff. In the past,I have noticed a condescending attitude from workers at other local stores when I come in asking for help finding the right part for my car. This has never been the case at the AutoZone on Olive Drive. I have always been treated with respect. I have always been greeted in a friendly way the moment I enter the store and they always politely offer assistance. I have never had to search for someone to help me. I have found the employees polite, friendly, and very efficient at helping me find the right part. They always look up the part specs for my car on the computer and then go down the aisle and actually bring me the correct part. I find them knowledgeable about the different brands they carry and not trying to constantly upsell me to get a part fancier and more expensive than I actually need. I came in here yesterday to inquire about price and availability of brake rotors for a late model automobile. The counterperson told me $51.95 each. I went back to my office and ordered the rotors from Rock Auto. They cost less than $27, with shipping still saved over $30. The local parts places make it difficult to buy local unless you don't mind the sting of paying almost twice as much. Same Raybestos rotors will be here Tuesday. I don't think it is worth it to buy here. read more

I am not much of a mechanic. I would rather take my car to the dealer service than do it myself. Still, it is good to have this auto parts shop pretty close by. They carry everything I need to do the basic fixer upper things I need to do for the car. Good location + good service + good prices is 3 stars for this Autozone. read more

This store is full of very helpful people. My check engine light came on so I went to AutoZone. They let me borrow their diagnostic tool. I plugged it in and then took it back into the store so they could explain the code. It ended up being an easy fix. Great service and people at this store. read more

Been to this location many times due to the fact it's right behind my house, so convenience is a plus. But unfortunately that is all it seems to have going for it lately. Unless you just need easy stuff like oil, windshield washer fluid and air fresheners. Because I went in there yesterday to get oil hose for and engine. So I had to ask for this item and the guy had to go in the back where customers can't go and he comes back with transmission hose, then fuel hose. So I finally figure out he didn't know what I needed and they didn't carry what I wanted. This isn't the first time I've had this happen, I've told myself I'd never go back and I always hope they'd get it together as an automotive store. So I always crawl back in my truck and travel to that other well stocked knowledgeable store not too far away. So if they have to go behind the wall your going to be out of luck. read more

The store on rosedale first misdiagnosed my issue as an alternator problem. Then this store sold me the wrong one which, after I installed, promptly fried my battery. Upon returning to the store to investigate the issue, they weren't able to test either alternator because they seem to have misplaced the test cable for a 2010 Honda Accord. The Rosedale store couldn't find theirs either. I ended going to O'Rileys on coffee and they were a breath of fresh air. There was nothing wrong with the original alternator--they ran the tests three different times just to make sure--so I purchased a battery there and swapped my old alternator back into the car once the engine block cooled down. After we found out the problem I returned it for a full refund of course, but the manager offered neither condolence nor reparations for the fried battery or my trouble. Suffice it to say that I will only frequent O'Rileys in the future. read more

I entered the store to here a women on her phone asking a friend for help. The woman just bought a battery and the two female Autozone employees told her that they were to busy to install her battery. There was one other customer in the store. I volunteered to install her battery. As we where outside installing the battery one of the female employees exited the store on her way to her car to leave and made a comment on how to install a battery. Now she wants to help by throwing her 2 cents in. It was hot out the customer was stranded and the two employees did not care. One of them was more worried about ending her shift and the other just refused to help. I have seen other employees at this store change out batteries and help customers on a regular basis. It's great to have a neighborhood auto parts store, in this particular location always seems to have my part in stock also very helpful counter people. prices are also very reasonable and with the AutoZone card you can get points and get $20 credit on your participating card after spending a certain dollar amount so five qualify twice that's $40 off anything in the store and you don't have to use it all at once either not to mention next-door is two fast food restaurants so if you're hungry you can grab a quick bite and then get back to your repairs that you're working on. read more
