I told him I checked return policy before buying and 30 day return policy with original receipt except for fluids etc. I asked him to show me return policy and he could not. Then he complained about new corporate owners Napa changed policy then went say that Napa is losing on my return but is there loss, like I'm ripping them off by making a return. This is now a Napa store front and other employee was trying to get his back as well to convince me item was not returnable. Employees are disgruntle about new management and may or may not know Napa's return policy. Never coming back here again.
