After the 1st and 2nd diagnosis wasn't correct, he told me all my timing looked great there was no problems. He then stated he had to "wait on his Uncle who works on Toyota's to tell him what's wrong". REALLY!!!! He didn't follow up with me after telling me he would. Because of all the issues he stated he would perform the labor for free. Once he realized it was a "timing issue". He stated he can't do that labor for free. Horrible experience. I signed up for the membership and then canceled due to the experience. No one has followed up on the cancellation smh.
