Learning opportunity for Christina: Show some compassion when a customer says they need to use the restroom in an emergency. It would have resulted in a sale. They help out a lot for those of us who don't know exactly what to do when these annoying car issues occur. I've been going to this location for over 12 years and they're always as helpful as can be. Then the guy right next to me was told to "finish his sentence" like a child because the dumb girl at the counter didn't know what part he was looking for even though he very clearly explained it and she misunderstood. There's more competent employees at a McDonald's on Cleveland avenue than this store.
