An employee (Archie) came up and greeted me right away. He assisted with finding everything I needed in seconds and even took me to the isle and explained my options. On our way back to the register I saw they sold key batteries and mentioned that my electronic car key had just died today as well. He offered to take a look at it, and changed the battery on the spot, which was a very nice surprise and huge relief, since after seeing the process, I realized I would not have been able to change the battery myself. After all that, Archie even offered to put the wiper blade on my car for me, which I was too, very grateful for, since it was dark out and I wasn't positive how to place it correctly. The customer service that Archie provided truly made my night. I'm going home with a smile, from this positive experience and quick service.
