This store's manager, who seems to be a white hispanic guy, seems very likely discriminating Asian or non-native speaker or someone has a little knowledge about car. I tried to find a glue, because the top canvas for my convertible car is separated from the rear window glass. The manager suggest me a plastic to plastic and plastic to metal glue. I was hesitating to check out, then He said," I can put on it." I said," really?". But, after checked out. He said," I can't put it." Then laughing out. I actually don't get that sense of humor, instead I feel that he was teasing me, and I'm very annoyed by this behavior. He is showing the customer a unfriendly and spiteful altitude, He did show the intent to really help the customer, instead of being teasing and unprofessional. How can a person to be that mean and promoted to a manager!?. He of course not qualified, he is lacks of the basic respect to people. That's the even basic traits to be a person. I don't know how his parents educate him, what a pity. If you do not have the product, you better insist on it and explain to customer you do not have it, instead of suggesting the wrong products and trying to cheat a little $10. What a bad moral person! Came here on a Saturday evening to pick-up wipers for my BMW after ordering them online. I've had enough of bad dealerships. Although the AutoZone website said I had ordered the correct part numbers for my specific car, the wipers that I bought was not correct. Luciano quickly refunded my purchase, found the correct wipers for me and even installed the new wipers on my BMW in minutes. Folks here are super helpful and nice. Now thanks to Luciano, my car is ready for the next big rain storm here in Southern California! 10 Stars! read more

The best customer service! I have bought several items here and have always been greeted with helpful smiling people who help me find the parts I need. They are also very helpful with explaining things. I seriously wish every business operated with the customer service mentality of the employees here. For instance, today I needed to return something but couldn't find the receipt. was pleased with my quick but important stop to this store last week. I needed wipers for my car with all this rain thats been coming in and knew autozone would be open during "safer at home" I walked in and was immediately greeted by Ronaldo and a younger female. Both were quick to offer assistance; Ronaldo looked up my item and the girl was able to grab it right away. Kept my 6 feet away and touched nothing in the store and he even was able to install them for me. The whole process took less than 10 mins. read more

If I can give this place a No stars.... one is for the nice lady on the phone that was helping me, I call looking for brake pads and hardware for both front and rear at 11am the front have both, but the rear only had the pads and no hardware so she said she can place a order same day and it would be there by 2pm she will put it on hold for me I told her I would be late. At 6pm I went into the store and there was only two guys that was working in the front one was a young Hispanic Male, and the other was a older white Male, while the younger male was trying to help me look for the product that was supposed to be put on hold the older white male keeps on telling me that he doesn't have it and that I was mistaken and they're not a pizza place you can't just place an order over the phone I tried to explain to him but every time he cut me off and was so aggressive and hostile towards me he started to belittle me as if English was my second language I can tell instantly that this man is discriminating towards me how dare I try to explain about the situation because I was an Asian woman the way he looked at me at this point I instantly knew he is a racist I pointed out how rude and uncall for his attitude towards me I was not once rude to him and I asked him what did I do to you you guys provided a service and I'm asking for help why are you talking like that to me what's up with all of this aggression? At this point I requested for them to call the nice lady that I spoke to earlier the younger male finally called and spoke to the lady that was helping me earlier and she clarify that she had it set aside for me and she did placed the order for me. He also installed them for me, which I really appreciated, especially when the back window blade was so tricky. I offered a tip, which he declined. The worst AutoZone I've ever been to. It's very clean and well organized but so far the biggest draw back is the employees. Been here around 3x so far and it's been the same each time. You walk in to silence and empty stares from employees you can feel HAAAATE being there. The store is usually empty and one time 2 of the employees were having a burping contest (Super Professional!)... the last time was spent walking around trying to find a few things and after being passed by whom I assume is the manager with not so much as a head nod, I put all my items back and walked out. I'll stick with O'reily down the street or drive out of my way for a PepBoys. read more

My check engine light came on the night before my son's drivers license test. They don't allow the driving test with any warning lights on, so I needed to fix this quickly. Called AutoZone and they let me know they could lend me an engine diagnostics tester onsite. Hooked it up below the dash, took a quick reading, then went inside and figured out that there was a problem with the mass airflow sensor. Before spending $158 on a replacement part the auto consultant recommended I try cleaning the mass airflow sensor. He showed me under the hood how to unhook the sensor for removal and cleaning. One $10 can of cleaner and 30 minutes later the problem was completely solved. I couldn't be happier with the knowledgeable and very helpful staff. Saved me a ton of money and a huge headache. I will be doing all my auto parts shopping at this location from now on. Thanks guys! read more
