My Mom's van needed some power steering fluid. I found an Autozone on our way home. It's conveniently located off the 57 Fwy at Arrow Hwy exit. Online says they were closed at the time, but luckily, I still drove over here. They weren't closed. They were open until 10 PM. Whew! Easy parking was right in front of this shop. First time here so I didn't know where the power steering fluid was located. Luckily again, I walked in, looked to my left, and BINGO, power steering fluid was staring right at my face. Cool! They had the Shop Pro premium power steering fluid 32 oz bottle for $16.99. It's for Honda and Acura use. Perfect! The 12 oz bottle was for $9.99. I did the math and got the larger bottle. What a bargain! Gentleman staff who rang up my item was cordial. I paid for my purchase and left. I didn't have a need to walk around the shop as I was here for one thing and one thing only. Though my visit was short, from what I can tell, this shop was clean and organized which is a plus in my book. I'll sure to be back should I need any car maintenance items. I had bought a pair of 1157 led light bulbs for my old classic on 1/31/24 and I didn't install them right away because when you have a old car they tend to set to the side and other things around the house is important to do 1st besides work. I finally had put them on and they turn on and some were brighter than the others and the blinkers didn't work. So I decided to bring them in today for a refund. I had ADA Q the manager of the store to help me with the process for a refund. She opened the package and asked me why I didn't return them the day of buying them. I asked her from working my job and home stuff that I didn't have the time to return them right away. She was so rude and unprofessional talking to me like scalding me I should've returned them if they didn't work and questioning me that they were installed multiple times and have scratches on the mating surfaces. Of course it's going to have slight scratches from installing them. She had given me a hard time about the refund of these bulbs that she was going to deny my refund even though they have a 30 days return policy. It's only 15 days and she was so arrogant and rude. I don't know how she is a manager. She needs to go to school and learn how to talk to people. Definitely she doesn't have the skills to work here at AutoZone . He was super rude and talking to us in a smarta** way trying to make us feel stupid when it came to asking about battery charging service or key fobs. Honestly made us never want to come back to this location. People come already stressed about their car troubles and Sean B is just there to make you feel worse. The store was located close to the plaza of Target and Trader Joe's store. I needed help with an issue for my old car. It is large and well-organized inside the store. The owner was very nice and told me that I could park my car outside of the store so that an associate could help me with that. Eric was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He helped me find out what the problem was and recommended the part to replace the current one with the problem as well as a reliable repair shop to do the work. I had been needing to pick up a few things for my car for a while. Well, a lot longer than a while, and I had never been to this location before. If you're not heading east on Arrow, it's a bit of a pain to get into. But after my experience today, I'll make an awkward U-turn anytime to go here again! The service by what I assume was a manager and the cashier were knowledgeable and top notch! Not only did they find all of the things I needed for my car, they offered me three price ranges and then even installed the windshield wipers I had bought and gave some safety tips. (By the way, don't leave your windshield wipers lifted up without holding on, they can fly down and smash your windshield). Dealing with car stuff is never easy or pleasant for me. It was really nice to see women helping with the technical aspects of cars and not just taking your orders. Girl power! I'm still unsure how to feel about what happened. I came in an older gentleman greatly welcomed me and I asked him where could I get straps and all that. So he told me where and I headed to where it was. I got what I needed but wanted to also get a towel for drying after washing. This other older guy comes through the right side of the alley and asks me is "everything okay here" and I'm just there trying to process what happened and I answered yes. The sheer sense of entitlement and lack of respect the two closing employees exhibited was unacceptable and enough to drive my business away for good. I Went to this location on Saturday night, arriving at the door at 9:44pm. Walked up only to find the door locked even though it was clearly posted on the door that they close at 10:00pm. So I waited a minute or two outside the door, then two younger male employees come out from the back stock area and are just talking to one another clearly excited about whatever conversation was taking place. So I then knock and they both look at me almost looking through me and turned back to one another continuing their conversation they were having instead of working and blatantly ignored me. The two of them acted as if I was invisible, I realize I arrived 15 mins before closing but that's still 15 mins of time that they're SUPPOSED to be open and working. If I would have known that this location didnt abide by their posted hours of operation then I would have used my time to have gone to a different location so I could have taken care of what I originally went there for. My advice would be choose a different location or at the very least go there before 4-5pm. read more

So I walk into to this AutoZone in San dimas 702 arrow hwy. When I walked in the store, there were 2 customers at the cashier. I needed engine oil so I go to the back choose what I need,Done! then I pay and the worker on the register is Julian. He was assisting the 2nd customer that was In line when I walked in. Customer pays and leaves then Julian looks at me then walks over to the next register and makes himself look busy, disregarding the fact I was standing there. I glare while he pretends to be busy with labeling a box and calls another employee to help me who was way in the back!! Another minute passes and he calls for her a 2nd time, 2 minutes! So I was standing there for 2 minutes FUMING !!!! I've never experienced such disregard, disrespect and intentional RUDENESS for a PERSon It was so malicious and so obviously purposeful I was beyond AGGREVATED. I don't know what and why Julian was like that. But I worked as a cashier and I also worked in Hospitality... Never once did I leave the cash register unless I have helped all my customers and they leave happy. Buy this man JULIAN, was something else! But to do that to a consumer, was wrong and out of line. I went in to inquire some prices on break rotors and break pads, and wear sensor replacements, when i went in i politely said hey i have some free time can i have five minutes of your time to do some reference of what i believe will work for my vehicle. I talked with Katherine who seemed very moody and acted as if every question i asked was the end of her world, she was not only very rude but acting snappy. I asked hey i did some browsing online in autozone for my car and since you said i could borrow five minutes wanted to makes sure the prices would get me what i wanted. Granted she was an older lady with assumably a hand of knowledge, but she handled me a return customer to that store like crap, she didn't want to hear me out and simply searched up what i asked and quickly wanted me to answer and when i asked valid questions she would become agitated.
