His attitude came across as condescending and, honestly, somewhat chauvinistic. As a woman, I felt like I was being talked down to rather than helped. The young gentleman, Kayden, was the complete opposite. He was helpful, informative, professional, and treated me with respect. Kayden provided excellent customer service and is the reason I'm giving any positive feedback at all. Management should take note: Kayden is an asset to your store.
