I get a bunch of A/C stuff from these guys and have very few issues and of those issues, McCain's has always helped me out. Under their new ownership, they don't have as much leeway as they did before but they are still able to help me out, regardless. If you need parts, you've found the right place. One thing: They're information, and even the answering machine, says they're open until 5:30 but I called at 5:10 and no answer. Must have gone home early today.

When I went to returned the parts my return amount was much lees than what I paid online. The manager was so rude and say he cannot do anything about it since it was purchased online. He did not want to provided me any phone number where I can call. He even asked the other sales person not to help, when I was asking for parts number for correct parts number. He refused to give me his name. He said few times that "He does not like to repeat himself" but not sure what he means by that!
