I'm a car nut who enjoys doing mods (more so enjoying the mods themselves), but needed a reputable performance shop to do quality work with reasonable rates. This shop is by no means, "new". It has been around for many, many years, winning numerous awards, shows and races. Gaining sponsorships and a building a great reputation/brand. I was really impressed with this facility the size of the place. It's big and clean, the waiting area was comfortable (internet, TVs, games), the bathroom was very clean and smelled pretty. The staff was happy, knowledgeable, professional (they were clean too, lol), answered my questions and they stock a good amount of products, just ask. They work on everything from high end exotics, to your daily driven civic. No matter your need or car you dive, they will aim to fulfill it. Oil changes to full motor builds. Turbos to dyno tuning. They also have a great website and YouTube channel. The only bad thing (not really) I can say is that I sent an email once and never got a response. It may have got lost in cyber space or put into spam. Either way, I called them up and got my inquiry addressed. :) When I either don't have tools, time or knowledge (or just being lazy), this is where I will go. read more

Did not get the opportunity to use their services but they were willing to help and even referred me to a different shop. I wanted to get a baseline dyno and wanted it from a dynojet and not a mustang dyno. Unfortunately, their dyno is booked up until October but he knew I wanted a dynojet so he referred me to another local shop and told me if they were too busy he would try to squeeze me in. It's been along time since I've visited the shop. Came in one day last week the front room was packed with all kinds of cool car toys and add-ons I spoke with Tony he was very helpful and answered all my questions. After being there about 20 minutes and speaking with Tony he asked would you like to see our shop? I kind of wasn't expecting that so I shrug my shoulders and said sure. Tony invited me to the back area where they had several cars lined up and lifted up on car lifts. He explained there was a pretty big race going on this coming weekend and he told me about the race, it was really cool seeing all of these import cars. None of them were stock and they all had a unique look to them that I had never really seen before. Whether your car is having troubles or you want to get the short shifter of your dreams, Jotech has your back. I own a 2008 Scion tC and I'm not ashamed to say that my car is my baby. Recently while driving my car stopped going into gear, and needless to say I freaked out. As soon as I coasted my ailing car into a parking lot I gave Jotech a call, and they assured me that if I had my car towed to them, they would find and fix the problem. I was anxious to get my car diagnosed, and the guys at Jotech not only kept me updated every step of the way, they were saints in tolerating my numerous 'worried mom' calls. It turned out that a spring in my well worn clutch had popped out, and after showing me that sorry sight (and the WAY cool garage, can you say GTRs galore?), the guys at Jotech helped me choose a new (racing) clutch. It only took a day to install the super-clutch, and I was pleasantly surprised to see they went out of their way and also bolted up the shredded pieces of my front bumper (the car is lowered), and fixed a nasty dent I had put in the back bumper. They even took me out on the road and showed me how to properly use the new clutch! They have also fixed my $100 Oakcliff strait-piped exhaust (the product of a bad decision on my part), which not only sounded nasty but was full of holes. My new GReddy exhaust and Megan pipes not only look great, they sounds incredible! Most recently, and after some Internet browsing, I got some killer aftermarket lights. After a few frustrating days of trying to put them in myself, I discovered they weren't wired for the redesigned 2008 tC. Of course I went to Jotech, and they actually rewired the lights so now all 4 work on my car. And when I found they weren't quite bright enough for a night drive I have planned to Austin, I rushed back to Jotech only one day before my trip. They not only installed super bright HID bulbs on both, they did it in time for me to make my trip. Before Jotech, a big problem I had was running into car shop guys trying to take advantage of me because they assumed I didn't know anything about cars since I'm a woman. That is incredibly frustrating, and is a sure fire way to make me furious, fast. The staff at Jotech always give it to me strait, and have never been anything less than the most helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy people I've ever had the pleasure to meet and the privilege to have work on my car. I recommend them whole heartedly to anyone wanting to customize and improve their car. read more
