It was late and I called around 5:20 and they close at 5:30. Right off the bat, a guy answered the phone and said, "Simco, can you hold?" and I said, "Sure." and I got the hold music. I was on hold for 16 minutes, patiently waiting for them to get back to me and then I hear what sounds like someone picking up the phone and putting it down, hanging up on me. It's not that big of a deal, so I call them back and it immediately picks up and gives me their "closed for business" recording. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? They seriously hung up on me so they wouldn't have to work after hours. I was pissed. Pissed enough that a week later, I remembered the incident and came to the computer specifically to write about my experience. It's not going to keep me from buying their products, but it really is a crappy move.

Turns out the battery for my car is a little unique, and unfortunately the only one they had would've been extremely expensive for me. Instead of selling me that, Tommy gave me advice on where to go. He then jumped my car, tested my battery and tightened one of the latches on my battery. I asked him how much it would cost, and he said nothing. Tommy was incredible. Next time I need anything (aside from a battery) I'm heading back to this autozone because of him.

They were just less than friendly, less than knowledgeable, and the manager was so rude...he needs some people skills and some managerial skills. Every shop is closed as luck would have it, except for an NTB on Central that had a line out the door, so I got my car jumped and drove it to my trusted O'Reilly's. The nice feller working there tested my battery first, confirmed that it was indeed bad (and not something else), changed out the old one and put in a new one. Only $100 and 20 minutes later, I was through with this ordeal. That's the way you do it! Quickly, efficiently, no chitter chatter about how I need this or need that.

Once installed they noticed the engine had a blown head gasket. Reached out to Jdm alliance. Jdm alliance had me email the warranty department to start a warranty claim. Once I started the claim they stopped responding to my emails for several weeks and then randomly stated I am out of warranty and did not provide any warranty coverage. The damaged motor was for my niece that is a us army service member. 1700$ down the drain. Please beware of this company.
