Confused, we asked, "So, is that the one?" and the manager, Christopher, didn't even stop he just shouted, "It says blah blah blah on the bottom lefthand side," in a rude tone and kept walking. It's not always what you say--it's how you say it. His attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional, as though we were inconveniencing him for asking a simple question. As females, this is exactly why we dread going into some auto shops because we're often met with disrespect instead of basic customer service.
