When it arrived, the box was torn and the battery had been damaged in transit. The positive terminal was bent. I took it to the store and Adrian at the counter checked it out and ordered one for the next day. He told me to come back when he was on duty. I arrived and Adrian took care of the exchange of batteries, took out my old battery (which not holding a charge well), installed the new battery and refunded the core price deposit. He was very polite and helpful. That is the way I have had service with all the personnel at my O'Reilys store. I decided to buy a set of wipers. Adrian helped select them and installed them. I know I can figure how to install these things, but it is nice to have that little service. People like Adrian keep me coming back to O'Reilys on Lawrenceville Hwy.

He also let me know that the issue I was experiencing wasn't something that they could look into, but he was able to give me information on how to solve the problem and pointed me in the right direction. He was also patient with me (being that I was saying the name wrong of the part that I needed), but we figured it out. **just a word of advice for the future; not everyone (especially us women) knows about cars and not everyone knows the proper term for certain names/ parts needed for cars. especially when alot of ppl always take their car to the shop for issues, but then one day at 8pm/ish it does something random (and you aren't near home ) so you freak out and you try to get the problem fix immediately. I understand it was maybe 45 minutes before they close. However, this is their job and the store still had 45mins until closing . He wasn't sure if they offered free installs or what the process was for battery removal, but instead of just brushing me off, he made the effort to find out and give me a clear answer. That level of professionalism goes a long way. When I stopped by later that same day, I ended up being helped by the same employee I spoke to on the phone. He was just as helpful in person, and I can't go into too much detail, but let's just say he really hooked a brother up. The install itself was quick and efficient -- less than 15 minutes -- and my fiancée's car was back on the road without any hassle. Husband stated No we should be ok to drive. Our appointment is with Desmond. When we get there speak with Desmond in his office. The first thing we say is the car is overheating. Talk about some leaks. Desmond says a diagnostic has to be done. Ask about the info Mickeel put in the system Desmond states he doesn't get that information. The people are somewhere in Sandy Springs. That doesn't make sense how would he know what the appointment was about. They say it's a rear coolant leak. Cost $3129.82. Believing what he said about the repair that was causing the overheating. Husband goes to pick up the car the a/c is not working so now we are charged another 736.38 they didn't charge us for the labor $1000. The service tech didn't notice the fan not working had the tech actually done an inspection they would have noticed the fan. It was the fan all the time causing the overheating not a coolant leak. Picking up the car again ask about the overheating and Desmond lied he said they don't get the information from the person scheduling the appointment to say what is going on with the car. Also said we didn't say anything about overheating and that was the first words when we were in his office. So a fan repair would have cost $1700plus but because we were given the misleading information it costed us $3700 plus. This is the third time we've had this issue with this service center.
