Every time I walk into an AutoZone I hear the commercial in my head. "GET IN THE ZONE! AUTO ZONE!" You know the one. This location didn't have what I needed today but thanks to the great customer service I still left a happy camper. Was looking for an engine air filter (I checked online to make sure it was in stock before I made the trip...) and wouldn't you know they didn't have it for some reason. The very nice cashier apologized for the website mixup and called another store just down the road (also on Atlantic Blvd, closer to town) and made sure they had one being put behind the counter for me to pick up. Would have been a better experience in general if the website accurately reflected stock in stores but, who knows, maybe the guy in front of me bought it right before I got there! read more

Autozone at 9805 Atlantic Blvd. Bought a new H9 Duralast battery for my SUV. I ask the salesman if he can help me carry the battery to my car...he told me he's letting me use the cart so I can do it by myself. The only reason why I ask for help is that I have a problem with my lower back from military service. I saw him help others who's next in line to me. I always used Autozone for my car needs but I will think twice this time. read more

Good help is hard to find and I'll be honest, this place has some of the best staff out there. I'm not sure if it's due to really good leadership or a good work environment or both but every single time I'm in there I have the best help and no BS when I ask questions. Bone Zone(yes, I meant that-Bone Zone is my nickname for AZ)is my favorite auto parts store! They are always very helpful, even when they are busy. I give minus one star because I think they could use more help during peak hours. I don't mind waiting, but not for too long. I love the Customer Rewards Program. I am always receiving $20.00 bonus bucks! You must have your card with you to redeem your reward. I also like the fact that they use your phone number to put your parts in the warranty info. With the season change, the cold weather killed my Duralast Gold Battery, so I called them and they had one in the store, I told them to put it on hold for me. My old Duralast Gold Battery was still under warranty-so They deducted $29.00 off of $159.00 and after I changed my battery out-I returned the core back(old battery)to receive my core charge back($13.00). Kudos to Auto Zone for having a great store and crew members. read more

I had an appointment at Pep Boys today at 11:30, went in at 11:15 to be early and they still had a 2-3 hour wait and told me to come back. So, I thought I'd go try out Auto Zone, because I've been told that they're helpful. When I got there the woman with a buzz cut looked at me, said hello and then, turned her back on me to look at the computer. So, I stood there for a second to wait for help, because I didn't think she was about to. She turns around, looks me up and down and asks what I need. I told her Freon and she instantly was like, "Freon or Anti-Freeze?" and I was like, "Freon, I'm pretty sure". She goes, "Well, which one is it...?" I literally said, "I'm confused". Then, I was like, "I definitely need Freon and I need someone to help me put it in". She goes, "Well, we don't put in Freon or Anti-freeze." At one point she clearly realized I was thrown off by the situation and said, "I'm not tryna be funny, you just don't know what you need and I mean, here's all the stuff, but you probably need a mechanic and a compressor." Then, just shrugged her shoulders and stood there. I said, "never mind" and walked out. Like, thank you for making me feel like crap for trying to get some help. I'm not the one working at Auto Zone, I don't know cars like you. Gah! Why are people so awful to other human beings?!? I will NOT be returning. read more

Came here when my check engine light came on for the free computer check. The guy who helped me was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Just like he was when I called on the phone- it's rare to find both in one store, let alone one employee! Every worker I passed by greeted me, and my guy helped me find some maintenance items I needed for my car as well. A++ Autozone. :) read more

Pleasantly surprised that the Saturday morning staff was made up of extremely knowledgeable female staff! Girl power! Very well stocked and clean store. But there were a few issues with computers. I came in needing to replace a part. I brought the part in with me. They looked up the number listed on the item. The computers showed a completely different version of the item. Staff took the time to check every single item they had of that specific item - all items were incorrect. While they checked I called other neighboring auto supply stores. Every other store had prices cheaper. But the service of Autozone keeps me loyal. read more

Happen to had my two back lights going on and off, got pulled over two times for it, the second time it was out completely. So I came here, the manager was cool, he help me pick out the right ones, and considering I'm a Lyft and Pizza delivery driver, I use my car on a daily basis, so he gave me the bulbs for free.
