First time at this AutoZone normally I go to the AutoZone in Kaimuki located on Waialae Ave. Since I was in the Kapolei area needed to buy some air filter and inside cabin filter . I stopped by this AutoZone located next door to Dunkin' Donuts in the Kapolei Commons shopping center . Service was great I was looking for the number of the filter I couldn't find but the counter person went in the back and brought the correct one out . Prices here are normally higher than most places . I like to get my filters at Walmart although they're always sold out . So if your looking for a particular part for your vehicle I'm sure AutoZone will have it

Looking for retaining screw for my car. It was difficult to look what size I need. Cidney, a customer service rep. helped me and told me you can try it but just leave youe ID with her so it can see if any of the ones I grab will fit. One of the items fit bought it. I ask for her name and tell her why can't all the auto zone service could be nice like this. Her name is Cidney or Cidney. Go to her, she is awesome.

Easy to find what I was looking for. Fast check out. Store was clean and organized. I went to find car cleaning products and it was all there. Friendly customer service as well.

I love Autizone!! Each time I've gone there, I get excellent customer service and I am able to get questions answered. Most of all I've saved so much money by being able to purchase everything I need to get the right parts for my vehicles. There's an autozone in what seems like each city. That makes it very convenient. I've had to return items before and though I had lost the receipt, since I had it sent the receipt to both my email & got a paper receipt ~ it made it super easy, no problems at all. They were able to use the car code from the emailed receipts. To date, I have never left empty handed. Customer service in three words : friendly, knowledgeable & prices are affordable.

A few hours later, I received a call and was notified that my battery needed replacing. She gave me options on that brand and the quality of the battery would be compatible with my car. I bought the battery with the most amperage and warranty period. She had awesome customer service and patience. Sorry, I didn't get her name to give her a recognition.

To make everything as smooth as possible, I called this AutoZone ahead of time, provided my vehicle information, and asked them to put the correct parts aside so my mom could simply go in, pay for them, and bring them to me before my appointment. Unfortunately, when the mechanic arrived and began the repair, we discovered that the parts we were given were incorrect. When I called the store to verify the part number, the part number they had on their end was completely different from the part that had actually been set aside and sold to us. By this point, it was around 8 PM, and we were scrambling to figure out how to exchange the incorrect parts while my mechanic was already there. Since transportation was already an issue for me, this made the situation even more stressful. We decided to go to the Kapolei AutoZone to get the correct parts. What is most frustrating is that I now have to schedule another appointment with the mobile mechanic to complete the repairs because of an error that could have been avoided by making sure the correct parts were set aside in the first place. I understand that mistakes happen, but when a customer calls ahead specifically to verify and reserve parts because they are dealing with a broken down vehicle and limited transportation, accuracy is extremely important. This mistake cost us additional time, inconvenience, and another mechanic appointment

I messaged the guy on FB and he replied with a cell number. I text'd the number and got a price for the part and an address of the yard. I called to confirm availability and the female who answered the phone sent me pictures by text message. I let them know I would be coming that afternoon, and when I got there, the part was already removed from the car. The yard looked pretty big with a lot of cars. Overall very good experience with this place. The woman I spoke to on the phone and the other ladies in the "office" trailer were very nice and friendly. Using a junk yard can be a hit or miss experience. You can call them to ask if they have what you are looking for. Keep in mind, used parts come in a wide array of conditions, so make sure you inspect the part before buying/paying.

I was messaging someone online and I guess he was the owner, but he said he had what I was looking for and quoted me $175. So I decided to go down and get it. Moment I got there I was greeted by a girl, and she showed me what was looking for. I examined the part and it was ok, so I was set on getting it. I asked her what the price was and she said $450!!! I mentioned I spoke to someone and they said a different price, and she persisted that they don't sell any door for $175. So I left. Messaged the owner and long story short they said I could buy the door for $175, and that was after I had left and went elsewhere for the part from another used parts store. I drove all the way from Honolulu just to get the part and they wasted my time. Don't ever go here.
