Terrible customer service. Called ahead to make sure I could pick up an online order curbside ( accidentally had 1 of 6 items set as store pickup instead of delivery). I called when I arrived to let them know I was outside, a lady put me on hold... I waited 25 minutes before hanging up to call back. Twice I called back and explained that I had been waiting on hold for my curbside pickup and was hung up on. FINALLY on the 3rd call the gentleman on the other end asked what car and said someone would be out with my order. After waiting another 30mins I called again to ask where my online order was because at this point I had been outside for 1 HOUR. Shortly after this call, Mark A. brought the order outside, he was helpful and apologetic. I was unable to go inside, THATS WHY I ASKED ABOUT CURBSIDE. Went to this location on Sunday to order shoes for an older car and had to get them ordered. The employee didn't mention that I would need to bring the receipt back to pick up the parts and I assumed that they would be able to look up my order with my phone number/name. Walk into this location today and a different employee behind the counter (later I found out she was a manager and her name was Diamond) yelling at another employee in front of guests and other employees. She is also the employee that I was paired with. Unfortunately the manager behind the corner was having difficulty pulling up the part/order with my phone number and gave me an attitude. (Gave her the benefit of the doubt and I went back to my vehicle to check to see if the receipt was there and it wasn't.) I got back into the store to wait in line again. I get paired with the same woman and let her know I cannot find the receipt and wanted to see if there is any other way for her to pull up the transaction. She is immediately frustrated and shows her emotions. She asks for the car information and misheard what I say which frustrates her more. She has headphones in so obviously she is not paying attention to the best of her ability. She then asks, "Do you want my help?" Seriously caught me off guard and I told her, "That's why I'm here.". She storms off and tells another associate, you need to handle this and goes to the back. Another associate has no issue finding my transaction with my phone number. Always a line when you come in and the staff go about the speed of my grandmother who is 92 years old. Expect a good 30 minutes in line of even 4 people are in front of you. Also they sold me the wrong part even though I told them the make/year/model of the car. Had to go back and wait another 30 minutes in line. Do yourself a favor and go to another one even if it is another 5 minutes out of the way. You will end up saving another 25 minutes without standing in line. read more

Horrible horrible auto zone. I am an rewards member so I receive receipts through EMAIL. I go to auto zone to purchase a part on Decatur it was currently out of stock and this store location was currently closing. They accommodated me by calling another location and part was in stock. They offered the purchase at Decatur. I chose the option to purchase these to skip the line and hassle when I get to the next auto zone location. Upon arriving at the location at Vegas Dr the customer service was horrific. When I get there they asked for a receipt as I'm looking through my email I could not find it. But the first location called to tell them I would be on my way and part has been purchased. Manager Edna states if I don't have the receipt available I cannot take the part with me despite the other rep calling ahead notifying them the part has been payed for and I would be arriving to pick the part up. I step out of line to look for the receipt as the manager Edna has no regards to me as a customer. I try calling the location I purchased the part from no answer as they are closed. So I have purchased a part but never received because the first location was out of stock and was under the impression I would receive my merchandise as I arrive as it was PREPAID! Finally get back in line to find my receipt to still be turned away because the manager EDNA states there is no proof I never received merchandise from the first store. Although store num.1 called and spoke with someone, absolutely stating I would PREPAY FOR THE PART AND TRAVEL TO THE NEXT STORE THAT HAS THE PART IN STOCK. I am in Las Vegas from California stranded! So what am I to do. PURCHASE THE PART AGAIN AT THE SECOND STORE. I AM LIVID AUTOZONE IS A SCAM! They took my money and now I only have one PART. I NEED MY MONEY NOWWWW. I thought I was making it easier on myself to prepay and pick up in stock part at a different location and all it did was make it more difficult, and now I'm scammed out of my money. problem with Autozone is their website and stores are NOT communicating at all. If the website says an item is in the store, chances are it is NOT. I would recommend you call the store before relying upon their crappy website's advice. The website cannot even update your profile with the data at the store. People at the store claim they can't either. The employees are generally helpful at the store. Unfortunately they are handicapped by what looks like a horrible Corporate Climate and very bad IT systems. read more

Bought boyfriend car parts online he went to go pick the parts up from this location while i was at work. Apparently only the person who bought the car parts can pick them up even if I wrote the order in his name he showed card it was bought from and my ID. I went after my 11 hour shift to pick up the order waited 15 min to be helped 15 minutes that no one was in the sales floor. Only reason why I was acknowledged and helped was because I was waiting in the counter for a worker to come out mean while their was 3 people in line waiting. Point to my complain was no ID needed to be provided or recipes, just told the guy what I needed and was handed to me with no problem. I asked her to find a part for me, she argued that it wasn't in the system, I also needed to rent a tool which she knew nothing about and I actually had to end up pointing the tool out for her.
