I needed a new battery super fast in order to get on the road for a cross country road trip. I had gotten a jump from road side assistance and found my way to this Autozone. I was helped by a young man named Quest Vickers who absolutely took great care of me. He helped me pick the right battery for my car and then quickly installed it and helped me get on my way! I stopped by for a quick battery check because my blinkers were acting a little funny and the power in my doors went out , the black lady with the blonde short cut was amazing she got right to me , she was informative , knowledgeable, sweet and extremely friendly. I normally don't do reviews, especially for Autozone, because their customer service is horrible, until I came to the N Jones store on 3/14/25 @ about 8:45pm to 9:15pm. The customer service I saw from the time I entered their store, til I got waited on was phenomenal!!!!! To see Miss Jones ( a grey shirt manager) communicate in Spanish, with a customer, and in between speaking English to other customers, as well as interacting with a customers 5 yr old very talkative son, was amazing. I know she had to have trained the 2 red shirts that was working, a light skinned handsome young man, and a light skinned young lady that just started there, their exceptional courteous customer service my sister and I received was the best ever, especially how busy they were. Miss Jones, should be your go to lady when it comes to training ALL new employess. When I walked into the store I felt comfortable, I was allowed to shop without being followed, or management having their red shirts peek around corners, or stand on the isle I'm on having them fake straighten up shelves! Please don't think I'm over exaggerating because I'm not. Miss Jones and her team definitely need to be recognized for being model team members of Autozone. my boyfriend and I will definetly drive across town for the customer service I received from the N jones store tonight!! other stores take head!! read more

I went to AutoZone store #06871 in Henderson , NV and with the help of Lois, she was able to replaced the signal lite of my CHR Toyota with no problem at all. She was very nice and easy to approach and to talk to. She is a very nice lady and a very good salesperson . So any time I got problem with my car for sure I will be going to that store. I recently moved to the area and have gradually been finding my new necessities in the neighborhood- and when you drive a 10 year old car, it's important to know where the closest AutoZone is. With the Corona closures, I have been driving considerably less than usual so I put off getting an oil change or checking my fluids. When I finally thought to do it this weekend, both my oil and coolant were treacherously low! Thankfully, AZ is very closeby. I was able to quickly look up what I needed on their site, find it in store, add a coupon to my purchase from their ad, and refill everything right in the parking lot. Service was adequate, I helped myself. Now to do this for my BF's car later in the week. TIP: Try going in early morning or evening if you need to access anything under your hood while here, as there is NO shade whatsoever. read more

Not only did he educate me on how the battery works and my different options to purchase he also installed my battery. The employees at this store have ALWAYS been so helpful and courteous, why I have been going there for over 20 years. Until Friday morning when I needed a battery. After purchase he handed me the battery, when I asked to put it in he said he couldn't. They always did. When I asked again he said I had an attitude. So, typical Vegas heat kills my car battery. But fortunately for me, it was still under the replace for free no questions within 3 years deal from auto zone! I walk in and see a few people in line, most waiting with a similar issue. I was leery at first since I only saw one worker at the register. But what I didn't initially see were four others hustling in and out taking care of people in a timely manner. All the workers were positive and respectful and handled the rush with ease. Do not waste your time at this location. The manager and employees are useless. I went in to get some items and was treated as if I was a child. My father is a mechanic and I was told what I needed to purchase. They tried to upsell me and lie and provide me with false information. I'm not sure what kind of scam they are running here, but they wasted my time. I ended up leaving and going to their competitor and purchased exactly what I needed with no hassle. The employees and managers need to be careful they are going to try and deceive the wrong person and they will be embarrassed. Please train your employees and teach them to provide a positive customer service experience. read more

Service by Raymond was excellent, came in concerned about the battery I recently purchased, it was dying really fast. Raymond volunteered to help us check alternator and battery as well as remove and replace my battery manually. WhAt really made this review worth writing was Raymond doing a small but recognizable gesture to make sure we felt tooken care of. He offered to take off my old steering wheel cover and put my newly purchased one on iykyk is not the easiest task to do so I was filled With appreciation. My car battery was having problems so I called to see if I was out of warranty. Gerald informed me that I was 10 days past the warranty. He told me that because it wasn't past a month, that I could come in and he would swap the batteries out. He was very nice and helpful, and had my new battery installed in less than 10 minutes. The customer service was beyond amazing. He didn't have to do what he did, but sometimes going that extra mile for a customer truly makes a difference!! I just want to say thank you again because I was stressing about having to pay for a new battery. We need more people like Gerald in this world. Kind of pointless to offer lifetime warranty on the brakes just so I can come back to replace my brakes and for them to say oh well you're not in the system even though I've purchased hundreds of dollars worth of stuff from them and I don't know one person who's gonna hold onto the receipt for a year or two ago and I rely on their computer system to keep track of my purchases but of course very time I come in to use my break warranty they can't find it. This happens every time. The two stars if just because the new guy helping was really nice about it. The manager he had to ask was full of attitude and would talk to me directly even though she was standing right there she would tell the man to tell me. I'm done with auto zone. read more

I stopped by this location because it's the closest auto parts store to the homestead that I know of. My car didn't start after work and it appeared to be the battery. It's been a couple of years and we all know that batteries do not last here in Vegas. I got a jumpstart from a buddy at work and drove towards home in hopes that it would keep the battery charged up. I stopped into the zone, AutoZone, to get the battery checked before I headed out for another road trip down I-15. Better to have it checked out now than be stranded in Yermo, right? When I entered, I was greeted by Salvador, who was at the ready and eager to help. Salvador checked the battery and informed me, in fact, that the battery was no good. We went back inside the store and Salvador showed me several options for new batteries. I purchased a new battery and asked Salvador if I could borrow some tools to install it. Salvador did one better than that and installed it for me in a quick fashion and I was on my way. I will definitely be back to "get in the zone, AutoZone". read more
