Stopped by last night for a new battery and air filters. Was hoping an employee could assist with replacing my battery but with Honda's new design Ryan was not permitted to assist per AutoZone policy. I was not discouraged, Ryan lent me the tools to get my battery out. After getting access and loosening all the parts, I had to ask Ryan to lift the battery out because I did not have the height advantage to do so. Ryan and his coworker Nathan were helpful throughout my car repair. They also double checked my original battery to ensure it was a dud. Honda had told me it was not bearing voltage with weight because of a bad cell, turned out to be true. Ryan also called another Autozone to stock check for an air filter for my car to prevent me from driving there and it being out of stock. All in all, great service and very knowledgeable. read more

Lots of front-row parking and very handicap accessible. The store was well-stocked, and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted and helped right away. The customer service was excellent--I showed a photo of what I needed, gave the make and model of my vehicle, and they had the part in stock. They even asked if I needed fluid, which saved me from making a second trip (thanks to my husband saying yes when I called). I really appreciated the attention to detail and extra effort. First all I was very happy that a new Autozone was opening near my house. This week my check engine light came on, so my first thought was to head over to the brand new Autozone, I've always gone to other Autozones to purchase brakes, check batteries, and for the dreaded engine light. I entered the business there were two people in front of me, when it was my turn, I walked up to the counter and stated that I have a check engine light on. The older man that appeared to be a manager, literally the first words out of his dirty mouth were "oh f@ck ME!" I was shocked, disgusted, and appalled! I stood there shocked and didn't speak, he then says loudly, "I'm tired!" Then he says I need to wait because someone else is using the code device. A couple walks in with the device, the same manager then asks me if I know how to use the device, I've never had to code check my own car at Autozone, so I did state that I've never done it before. He said plug it in and return it when it's done. I did this, luckily another employee was available at the counter when I returned it. He plugged it in the computer and said what I needed, but he wasn't sure about one thing it reported, he suggested I ask the "manager". I said no, I won't be talking to him again. I also won't return to this location. I'll go to the next closest Autozone, where customers are valued and treated professionally, without shouting profanities at me, or maybe I'll start going to O'Reilly's instead. Very disappointed because I was actually excited to have an Autozone nearby in Sky Canyon. read more

Very bad experience! Did not get the help I needed. I mean I eventually I did, but the employee that helped me was very rude and seem like he didn't wanna be there. I needed to check what my battery health was for my car, and I definitely did need a new battery. After checking my battery, the employee named Roco walks away instantly not saying what my battery health was and I had to ask.. and then rudely he goes "you need a new battery, did you wanna get that?" It was over all a bad experience. I did get a new battery. But the customer service there SUCKS! read more

These guys are awesome. I was replacing my thermostat on my jeep and I cranked it down a little too much and the whole assembly cracked in half one phone call and they had it replaced. I didn't get his name but this middle aged, heavy set man on the counter said it might not be the right one. He went with me to my car, checked the bulb himself. I got the wrong bulb. I'd been having some issues with my car battery for about a week. I finally decided to take it in only to find that it had ZERO charge. I was in need of a replacement since I'd had it for about 3 years and apparently the Vegas heat wrecks havoc on car batteries. Anna assisted me and was very helpful. She priced batteries with me and swapped mine out (which I didn't even realize was something that auto zone offered at no cost). She had my new battery in within minutes, the conversation was great and she ultimately delightful. Came in and needed a replacement bulb for my VW brake light that went out; from the start, Adam blew us off and said we needed to replace the ENTIRE assembly and we were still asking questions but he kept saying 'I don't have it, I can't help you,' and 'try Amazon.' For a bulb? I ended up finding an extra bulb in my glove box and swapped it out in less than 10 minutes. Thanks for...nothing? Just glad I saved $$$ and gee, a girl replaced it all on my own, because you sir, were lazy and rude. Went in last Wednesday morning for a new truck battery. Asked if they installed battery, cashier said not on your truck,would take about 45 minutes he said, it was 745am, I purchased battery, drove the 10 minutes home. Took me longer to find the right ratchet size,my tool box is a mess,then to actually remove and install battery. I was back returning the old battery by 830am. I had the worst week with my truck. Screw in tire, needs to be replaced. Then the next day, go to start my truck and it won't turn over. This is on a Sunday at 9pm. The closest Auto Zone to me is Dear Springs but they close at 9. Thankfully this location closes at 10. I immediately called them and asked if they had a battery for my Yukon. The guy on the phone was super helpful and was able to find one in stock and held it for me. I rushed over there. He went above and beyond and was so friendly and helpful in my time of distress. He explained to me the difference in products I was looking at and that I could bring in my old battery and swap out if needed. Super grateful they were open. read more

There's better autozones. Don't go to this one. The staff here is poorly experienced and don't want to improve their in their comfort zone and don't really see how badly their treating their customers. Safe yourself the time and energy don't go to this autozone please. I came in for power steering fluid. I like to look around to see what else I wanted to buy. I was followed around the store asked repeatedly "what can I help you with? Anything you're looking for?" So I was pressured to give in to the interrogation told the guy what I came for he walks me over to the powering steering fluid. (I wasn't given the chance to look for myself) he sold me the wrong one for my car. Luckily I read it and did not pour it inside my car would have cost me a few hundred to get it repaired. If I was allowed to shop comfortably I would have gotten what I needed and left happily. But to be followed and given the wrong merchandise (just to be pushed out the store) is wrong on all levels.
