I placed an online order for a battery and oil. Upon arrival, I was informed that the oil was not in stock and should not have been available to order online. Instead of providing a simple resolution, I was told I would need to cancel and completely redo the entire order, which did not make sense given that it was a pickup order. The employee assisting me, William, was unprofessional and dismissive. He did not greet us or offer any helpful explanation--his only comments were "Did they tell you to cancel it?" and "What are we doing?" when asked about the order. His tone came across as rude and unwilling to help. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, especially considering the lack of courtesy and clear communication. read more

Horrible customer service from William. I made a order for pickup that included battery and oil and the oil couldn't be refunded in my order and I had to cancel entire order and pay again, even when customer service told me not too. When entering and being helped William had an attitude when I had a pickup order, he Rudely asked for my first and last name and proceeded to tell me that when I called to ask if my order was ready did they tell me to cancel it because he cannot substitute the oil or refund the oil on my order. He asked for receipt which I had and went to get and when I came back in from calling customer service the told me that they can refund just the oil and let me pickup the battery without paying for it twice. When I came back in William said "so what are we doing?" I guess we are supposed to be doing your job William. Not welcoming at all or friendly for that matter. Poor customer service and did act. Like he gave a fuck about anything I had going on. I feel bad for the team mates on the team because he talked horrible to them as well. He gotta go! read more

This review will be sweet and simple for AutoZone because it is just that. I needed new wiper blades for my civic so I stopped by during that little patch of rain we had a few months back. The service is always great and the sales clerk looked up and selected the blades I needed for my car. He even came out and installed them for me which was an added courtesy that I really appreciated. I also like the fact that they have a few locations around town that are 24/7 for last minute or late emergencies. My car which I have named the "Blue Zombie" is a fun project of mine and I have been enjoying replacing parts here and there so this is my spot for car goodies internal and external. read more

This Manager at this auto zone new exactly what he was doing and was very professional, friendly and had wonderful customer service! I went to another Autozone off Rainbow and an older female who didn't want to really help me out. I had a battery issue and wanted to get my battery tested to see if my battery needed to be replaced and she told me to dr to another Autozone because she tried testing it but it was only at 10% so she couldn't tell, after I told her I had already been driving around for two hour. Then I went to an Oreillys auto parts and they told me they were the only one there when I saw another person walk back to the office so they didn't want to help me so I pulled up to the Autozone on Tropicana and the Manager had no problem testing my battery and helped me replace it! He even helped me check my Airfilter! I recommend everyone to go to the Autozone off Tropicana and Jones! read more

Utterly bad customer service experience from this employee named Romeo. I came from a different autozone (because the item I needed was not in stock, so then I went to the autozone romeo works at because they had it). The CSR over at the store I originally came from was telling me that they (Autozone employees) can change the bulb for my headlights for me. So then I drove all the way to spring mountain to get the item. Got the item, romeo rung me up, then when it was time for me to ask him to change the lightbulbs. He said they "can't do it" but he asked me to show him the car. I popped open the hood then this old man started raising his voice at me telling me they "can't do it!" because they "only do sales!" I was so displeased at how he handled my request. Why would he even take the time to tell me to pop open the hood just to take a look at the headlights and pretty much tells me he doesn't want to do the service!? So then I asked romeo if he can call the store I previously was in to ask if it's true, that he can't do the installation. This old man had the audacity and replied with "why?" and a "what for?" (...so in my head I was like is this even happening right now?!) I went into my car, upset, and called the store where I initially came from, questioned them with this whole ore deal, their manager, Viviana told me to come back down to her store (in Jones and Tropicana) so they can help me out and give me a discount due to the bad customer service I got from the rainbow and spring mountain location (no thanks to romeo!). When I got to the autozone where I originally came from (in jones and tropicana), Viviana came up to me apologizing and wanting to give me a discount because of the bad customer service I got at the other store. I told her I don't need the discount, I am just so livid at the fact that a grumpy old man was very unpleasant and rude to me, a paying customer. Joey, an associate gladly changed my lightbulbs for me. It didn't even take him 10 minutes to change both my headlights. If only romeo, did what he can to make me understand why he didn't wanna do it, (I'm guessing out of laziness or old age lol).. (maybe he should retire).. but he didn't. And now we are in this predicament. Smdh. We were in a yelling argument in the store and I was simply stating he needs to find another job because his customer skills are horrible. This Rainbow location has the most rude, unhelpful, inconsiderate and most unorganized store! The manager after I was waiting 15 minutes to get help walked away after servicing another client. The tech that finally assisted me said he had no idea about a rear light for my car that I had to tell him twice the make/model because he was not paying attention! He is the worst Autozone guys I've ever met, I asked for help to identify the screw size and he refused. No offer for any kind of assistance. This autozone has to be one of the most friendliest, organized stores I've ever been to. Manuel Carvajal helped me with a battery installation and also helped me with my wiper blades. He also helped me with my fuel problem I had horrible gas mileage and he offered me a fuel treatment that was on sale and it helped with my problem. I was so pleased with his services I tried to offer him a tip and he told me he wasn't allowed to take it. I was very upset that I couldn't reward him for his hard work but he told me that. me happy and coming back is worth more then a tip. Would highly recommend this store to anyone. read more

Let me start off by saying we ALWAYS go to Auto Zone for all our part orders for years! I have EASILY spent THOUSANDS of dollars throughout our business relationship with Auto Zone!!! I've been having major issues getting my check engine light to go off to get my car to pass smog for registration. I was not near the one by my house by W Sahara and Apache...but instead near Rainbow and Spring Mtn location. I've had no problem having the guys near my house check my diagnostic codes any time and they're happy to help.., but the guy that helped us today at the rainbow location by the name of ROMEO, was very rude and seemed very "annoyed" that he had to plug his diagnostic thing in my car for a whole whopping 3 seconds to provide us with a code. He had no reservations about snapping at my friend that we should take the car to a mechanic with a cocky errogant demeanor. (Hey Romeo, this is not our first rodeo and you failed to treat a loyal and REPEAT customer with common courtesy and respect!) He gave my friend a receipt quote for a fuel pump and pretty much shoo'd him away. That was my first AND LAST time at that location! I will gladly take my 200.00+ part quote back to the Auto Zone on W Sahara and give them my business. To the manager George, thank you for taking my call today, and you can thank your boy Romeo for losing a potential high paying customer and for gaining a far less than satisfactory Yelp review. I wouldn't give that guy money if i was broke down in your parking lot! I REFUSE to hand over my money to any establishment that employs cocky errogant dick heads as customer service! read more

This is the worst AutoZone location I have ever been to. The employees are rude and none of them like to help. I went to do a return on a product that the employee recommended that ended up being the wrong part and when I went to return it at 7:30 pm they said I couldn't return it because they closed the registers and the store doesn't close till 9:00 pm. All while these two not so helpful men jus laughed and talked. Wish I would have read their name tags because their attitude is no way I would want my employees treating our customers. Hopefully auto zone reads this and compares it to who was working this day at this time (I jus walked out of the store and did the review in my car after being talked to that way by somewhere I chose to shop) autozone definitely lost my business. read more
