I don't typically review retail stores but the service I received here two nights ago had me so enthused. I had not idea a store that could seem so plain to me such as Autozone could bestow such attentiveness and care! I have to mention every person that attended my friend & I as we received help testing and charging a battery made us laugh out freaking lungs out. Seriously, everyone that worked here seemed to care about each other, be enjoying their jobs and were in wonderful moods, witnessing such people in cohesive work forces work with quality care are too few and far between. Honestly very surprised to see this location has 5 stars. We've had a very long day and the cherry on top was finding out one of cars is having some trouble. we stopped by quickly to get oil to ensure our engine doesnt give out. Car troubles are hard enough for anyone and one gentlemen made it so much worse. Starting from the beginning. we arrived and spoke to a representative to find the best oil for our vehicle. She was okay, a little rude but, nothing major and she did what needed to be done and grabbed our item. Shes the only one i know the name of but wont be sharing it as its unfair as she was not the biggest concern. when paying another representative walked in greeted us and had a positive attitude and I wish I got his name as its people like him that would even make me think of shopping at any autozone again. we are continuing with the payment when another customer walks in (hispanic important for later) i hear another different representative talk to him in a stereotypical hispanic accent in spanish which was clear he did not speak. im hispanic , i dont mind when people who dont speak the language fluently, speak it, as long as its not in a mocking way. his was very mockingly. He headed outside to assist his customer and when walking by looked my sister up and down and "mmm" in a degrading way. As if she was a piece of meat. even our representative looked uncomfortable and confused onto why he would do that and she saw we were uncomfortable as well. I asked her if he worked there and she confirmed he did. he walked too quickly to get his name. she asked if we were okay and i said that its unacceptable for him to speak to a customer that way and advised her that we would never return to this location if they are okay with their female clients being harassed and we quickly left. when outside i heard him say something along the lines of "pretty car to get pretty women" but much more vulgar to the client he was assisting. i was too overwhelmed to remember his exact words as i was dealing with the initial shock of what had just happened inside and the stressful issues im having with the vehicle. before i left i saw they have a letter posted outside for customer feedback with 2 numbers and 3 names posted for the store and district / regional manager. Upon arriving home, i called the store manager number and it was just the store number. i spoke to someone who stated his name was ronald and that he was the manager. I asked if the store manager was there and provided the name thats on the letter outside and he said no one with that name was there he was very unpleasant unhelpful and rude and i advised Id reach out at a later time. I then reached out to the district/regional number (both have the same number) and left a message. To some this may seem like a no big deal but imagine having such a difficult day, and going to a store that most women already have issues going to due to societal stigma, just to be insulted and humiliated by staff. I will update should they reach back out in regards to my concerns but this situation was not only inappropriate, but unacceptable and I would hope anyone reading this would imagine if this was their sister, daughter, mother, or any female in your life who was sexualized in whats supposed to be a safe environment would also be as outraged as I am. read more

My husband and I rented a vehicle and were heading to Phoenix, the oil light came on and we pulled into AutoZone and Ernie was so helpful, efficient and friendly that we feel like we have made a new friend. He went out of his way to help us and sent us on our way, he even called his partner out to double check to make sure that we were safe to get on the road! The check engine light on my car came on while visiting Las Vegas from Southern California. I called my mechanic who told me to get to an Autozone and have them run a diagnostic on the engine and call him back with the information. I had no idea Autozone even offered this service - being out of town with a car issue, this was really helpful. I stopped in to this location and Maxi greeted me. I explained what I needed and Maxi was immediately on the case. She did the reading and offered to print and email this information to me so I could get it to the mechanic. Thankfully, the issue was not critical allowing me to make it home with some peace of mind. Maxi's pleasant demeanor and helpful attitude made this situation smooth and easy. Friendly and super helpful staff. Totally went out of their way and spent time trying to disable my stupid after market alarm on my car that wouldn't stop going off after they, THEY, replaced the battery for me. Nothing like waking up to a dead car battery! I called this store and they had the part in stock so I drove over a few minutes later. Maggie was a great customer service rep! She was waiting for me when I got there and then proceeded to install the new battery in a few minutes and had me on my way. For a chain parts store this one is great. They lined me a jump box and let me walk across the street with it to start my truck. I only had them hold onto my drivers license. The manager was nice and friendly, after all they helped me on rather than sell me a new battery they said this one is under warranty and you should get it replaced under full warranty. read more

Getting it right. Every time I come in this location it can go either way hit or miss. Depending on who is working that day there is a guy. (rude one) watch out folks he has some sort of attitude problem and maybe needs and adjustment. I always come prepared because I don't like to consume to much time and have other customers waiting. But no matter how prepared I am this guy just seems to be not interested in being helpful or is just plain rude. I always get what I need. If your looking for parts you can just downland the Autozone app. and show them the part you need. Prices are always cheap and the store is always clean and organized. I just happen to believe that customer service should be the the number one priority. Of any business. And the best part of Autozone is that if your a go-getter and are willing to try and change something your self they can print out instructions on how to change a specific part, and what tools you will need. Prices are always cheap with the app you can always find, or make sure you are getting the cheapest part. read more

Went in tonight around 6:30 pm or so to change my low Beam lights as they were burned out. The supervisor was very nice and super helpful, he even changed both lights for me! He was super knowledgeable, I'll definitely be returning to this location as I always seem to have a good experience here, not the best service at some of the other locations I've been to in town. read more
