A few days later, I went to pick it up. I forgot my receipt, and they couldn't find my order, which I thought was weird. I needed the fuel hose, so I bought 5 feet with the intention that I would come back with the receipt and get a refund since I never picked it up. When I returned with the receipt, the manager said it was rung up as a sale, not an order, and he couldn't do anything for me since I didn't have a fuel hose to return. When I told him I didn't have the fuel hose because it was an order, and I never received it. He called me a liar, saying, "How would I know you never received it?" He told me I might be able to come in when the cashier who checked me out was in, and maybe he would remember me, but otherwise, he could not help me. I have a corporate account with O'Reilly and maintain a fleet of vehicles. I don't have time to go in a 4th time for this matter. From now on, I'll be shopping elsewhere and cannot recommend this location. If you're the owner reading this, you should talk with your manager about basic customer service because you just lost a corporate account.

They got me right in, and did it while i waited. It took like 30 min which is a little long, but they did it right and looked some things over (i could see). No upsell, and in fact the service advisor gave me a rewards card which saved me 50% on this service. That was cool. Their tech Sean is a class act!

Stay clear of this auto repair shop. I had them replace my A/C compressor for $1,600 on June 18,…read more2025. On June 17, 2026, my A/C would not go on. I called them to complain that the compressor they put in broke down in less than one year. I requested an appointment ASAP as I wanted to make a claim under the warranty. To their credit, they gave me an appointment the next day at 11am, but that is the only good news in this story. Upon arrival, they required me to sign an agreement that they could charge me $236 for a diagnostic check. After 2 hours with no feedback, I asked for an update. They said that the technician was doing the diagnostic tests now. After waiting another 45 minutes, I asked for an update, and I was told it would be just 5 more minutes. 30 minutes later, they gave me the diagnosis that the compressor needed to be replaced, and that I should also have them replace my front brake pads. I said that the compressor should be covered under the warranty, but they said the warranty was for only 6 months. I asked why they would put an A/C compressor in my car that offerred only a 6 month warranty when the industry standard for this part is one year. They said that this is the warranty that came with my purchase was my choice to which I repsonded that they never offerred me any choice, and they chose that manufacturer. Then they asked me to pay the $236 diagnostic fee. When I said that they had a lot of nerve to charge me such a hight amount after they installed a lemon of a compressor in my car a year ago, and they should at least reduce the fee, but they refused. I said that I would be writing a very bad review on their servive, and they simply said that was up to me! What a waste of # 1/2 hours of my time. The absolute worst experience with a car repair shop in my 60 years of driving.
