Meanwhile, two other employees were standing in the back talking and completely ignoring the fact that I was standing there. Not even a simple "we'll be right with you" or "thanks for your patience"--just nothing. A little acknowledgment goes a long way, and this location had none. Eventually, one guy came to the front and said "next customer." I walked up and said, "just a few questions--do you guys turn rotors?" His response was, "like go out to the parking lot and mess with them? No." I had to explain to him that "turning rotors" means resurfacing them. Apparently AutoZone doesn't offer that service, which is fine, but the lack of basic knowledge was surprising. Then I asked how much the tool rental was for a brake caliper compressor. He had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. This is a common tool that many people ask for when buying brake pads. Most AutoZone employees at least know basic car parts, even if the service is slow. This location was bad at both. Customer service here was nonexistent and the staff seemed poorly trained. I will not be returning to this location.

Absolutely horrific experience my wife had today at the auto care center. On top of that the older black guy working there was hitting on my wife until she told him she was married and then he gave her attitude the rest of her time there. They kept trying to charge her $60 and tried to basically tell her she didn't know what she's talking about and made her feel stupid and low. Completely unprofessional attitude from one of the managers who had short reddish purple hair I believe her name is Christal. She got fed up with my wife trying to calmly understand the situation and just threw my wife's keys on the counter and told her to leave without collecting any payment. Mind you my wife kept saying "I still want to pay you guys" but they just ignored her and basically kicked her out. What is wrong with this world now?
