My…read moredad has had loyalty since before this store location had moved back when it was called Checkers. After stopping at Starbucks, my car wouldn't start and had error code 59. After googling, I realized my dad would need to come jump me then need to replace my battery. We knew just where to go since this happened at the Starbucks near this location. When we entered, Logan greeted us and even offered to put in the battery. This right here is why my dad has been a loyal customer, and in turn, I became a loyal customer when I was driving a vehicle myself as well. He was super friendly and helped with my dad to replace my battery which is surprisingly the original (7 years strong)! Grateful for the service, and don't take this the wrong way, I hope to not step foot in for a few years as that means something is wrong with my vehicle. But if I do, then I know I'm in good hands!

Not sure if this is a new policy or a change made by management, but it was definitely disappointing -- especially considering their oil prices already seem to be marked up compared to other stores. I replaced every sensor and even added a boost fooler to solve the problem, but the problem would not go away. Finally, I put back in the stock turbo and I have no more issues. The KC turbo is now a paperweight. I believe that the wastegate is seized. I understand that sometimes even good products can have defects, but my real issue with KC is the horrible customer service. They will not even consider that their product could have a problem and refuse to make this right...I'm on my own.
