Incredibly friendly & helpful! We went into the store to replace a battery that was still under warranty. The service we received was prompt and the best part, it was completed by a female, Amanda. In addition to providing excellent customer service, she was knowledgeable in regards to the task at hand.

    Raawr! I like this place!

Sorry Steve, but I'm a fan of this store. The dude that assisted me was very knowledgeable, and I'm glad he looked up the right part for my car. I sure don't want to waste my time and energy looking up something that won't fit my baby. I had my oil changed recently, and when the Nissan Service Center quoted me an additional $150 to change my air filter, and to get a coolant flush. I said heck no! I'd rather look up youtube videos, learn it and save myself some money. When I told the guy my story, he said yeah you could find everything on youtube, and do it yourself. My total bill came up to $25 something dollars, and it took me 30 seconds to change the air filter. Not only did I save some money, I learned something new. Thanks, youtube!

I did use my customer service Karen voice and said you only have 2 people working and everyone in line stared at him for a second. Then he went and found an older guy. Probably like 50 not crypt keeper old. He helped me find my socket wrench then disappeared into the batteries. A lady with a socket wrench and audacity thinks she can do anything! Anything had another idea. But the guy, I shall dub him Richard, (no idea what his real name is) came out wheeling a cart and great hair. He stops and uses a big knife to open my wrench goes about his business. Me, still full of audacity and the a vision, have no idea how to use this socket wrench. Richard comes back over and shows me how to use it like an angel a windshield wiper shot my way. He then turns into dad mode and does pretty much everything but I did tighten two screws! And so the perilous journey of a girl with a dream concludes as Richard wheels away a dead battery and I drive off in search of dinner. Only 3 stars because live customers should be more important than a phone call that might come in.

I had a very disappointing experience at Carizona…read more I spent hours at the dealership working through a deal with Danny and a manager. I was presented with monthly payment numbers that I agreed to. I literally signed an agreement. Before signing, I made sure to ask all the right questions. I verified the monthly payment multiple times to ensure I understood exactly what I was signing. After signing the initial agreement, purchasing car insurance, paying my down payment, and providing six references along with proof of income and residency, I was brought into the finance office to sign the final paperwork--the last step before receiving the keys. I signed several documents (privacy forms, warranty paperwork, etc.) before we got to the retail installment contract showing the loan terms and monthly payment. This is where I felt like I was hit with a bait-and-switch. The monthly payment on the contract was about $100 higher than what we had agreed to. I immediately spoke up. We had agreed to **$389/month**. The contract said **$482.09/month**, while the finance manager told me his computer showed **$489/month**. Somehow there were three different payment amounts for the same deal. At that point, I was told they could no longer honor the payment we had agreed to. Whether that was because of the bank or dealership management was never clearly explained. We asked them to honor the agreement we had already signed, but they refused. Instead, they countered with a payment of around $450/month, even though I had repeatedly stated throughout the 7-8 hours we were there that my budget was **$400/month or less**. I walked out of the finance office without signing anything further. To their credit, the salesperson I worked with genuinely tried to make the deal happen, but the final decision appeared to come from management or the finance department. We ultimately left without purchasing the vehicle after spending nearly an entire day at the dealership. We had actually tried to leave around 3:00 p.m., but were assured they had found a vehicle that fit my budget. Unfortunately, that fell apart at the very last step. After canceling the deal, I was understandably concerned about getting my money back. Thankfully, the dealership did process a full refund, and Victor was very responsive and quick to provide documentation showing it was being processed. My insurance company also refunded my policy. Overall, I left feeling that the sales process lacked transparency--which is ironic, because "transparency" was mentioned repeatedly throughout the sales presentation. If a dealership cannot honor the payment being presented to a customer, that should be made clear **before** someone spends hours completing paperwork, purchases insurance, pays a down payment, and provides extensive personal information. While I appreciate that the refund was handled appropriately, the overall experience was frustrating enough that I chose to continue my car search elsewhere. I would encourage anyone shopping here to carefully review every document, verify every number, and avoid purchasing insurance or handing over money until the final loan contract is in front of you.

I am worried that these won't fit too, because their track record, so far, has been atrocious. I'm glad I'm not a flat rate mechanic, my lift would be cluttered with non revenue producing cars. Why have a warranty if your stores won't honor it?…read more On 6/27, I purchased a battery from this location without returning the old battery. I worked with Mike, who was excellent. He kindly reminded me to bring back the old battery for the core refund. At the time, I wasn't aware the old battery was still under warranty. About a week later, I returned the old battery and dealt with Tony. During the replacement process at home, I had realized the old battery was only about 26 months old and should have qualified for warranty coverage. Tony immediately processed the $15 core refund and told me to have a great day. Only after I asked about the warranty did he seem surprised and tell me the battery would need to be charged and tested first. He said someone would contact me with the results. About a week and a half later, Mike called and left a voicemail confirming the battery would not hold a charge and qualified for replacement under warranty. Had Mike been at the store upon my return, I believe this would have been resolved easily. When I returned to the store, Tony again confirmed the battery would not hold a charge. However, instead of honoring the warranty, he began looking for reasons not to. He questioned where I bought the battery, asked for a receipt from more than two years ago, and repeatedly stated he could not verify my purchase, even though Mike had previously been able to locate my customer history in the system. I explained that the battery carried an Interstate sticker dated 4/2024 and even showed him a photo from the day I purchased it in that city. None of this seemed to matter. Rather than helping find a solution, Tony appeared focused on finding a reason to deny the warranty claim. The entire interaction became increasingly frustrating. It wasn't until I told Tony I would sit in the store and contact the other Interstate location or corporate that he decided to call his manager. He eventually spoke with his boss and was authorized to refund the battery purchase, which he then processed. In the end, I told Tony that both interactions were unacceptable. I strongly believe he intended to let me leave the first time with only the $15 core refund and no mention of the warranty, despite the battery qualifying for coverage. Customers rely on store associates to do the right thing and help them navigate warranty claims fairly. Mike demonstrated that level of customer service; Tony did not. Tony needs to do better as a representative of Interstate All Battery Center. Honoring warranties and treating customers fairly should never feel like a battle.
