This location has to be the worst I've ever been to. I always order online for pickup. I never receive the email confirmation letting me know my items are ready for pickup. I have to call the location every time. When they answer they always say there was a "glitch" in their system. When I go to the section where it says online order pickup I get ignored by employees when I do get someone's attention they make me get in the long line of customers buying or looking for parts. Why offer online pickup when you still have to wait. The whole reason people order online is to get in and out without waiting in a long line. I will drive to another AutoZone just to get better customer service. read more

The rain just started, which is not a good way to find out you need new windshield wiper blades. David, at AutoZone, to the rescue! Seriously, to the rescue. No, really, seriously. I pulled in and with my cane, ambled the short distance from the parking spot to the front of the store, where David immediately asked me if I needed help. I told him my desperate blade need and that I would need help putting the new windshield wiper blades on my car....in the rain. He very nicely said, "I gotcha." While I stood at the front of the store, he quickly looked up my needed blades, got them from somewhere deep in the store, rang me up and walked me outside to put them on. In maybe 5 minutes time. It took maybe another 5 minutes for him to put the new blades on the car, and then I was off. With my limited mobility, I was so thankful he never made me try to walk around the store to find the blades myself, he just went and got them for me. His customer service was so right on, you'll never want to lose him to a competitor. Good job David. read more

went In line for 1 hour and was sold the wrong part by a younger kid. I went back and was told to wait in a separate line for 30 More minutes while 3 people in front of me were also sold the wrong part. The employees just aimlessly walk around while the line was almost out the door. In the middle of helping people at the register, they decide to do other tasks that have nothing to do with who they're originally helping. I would recommend ANYWHERE else but here. When a customer needs help to use a fix finder machine the employee should help customer out and not be lazy to just have them figure out themselves especially when a car place recommend them. You had to show them prove that it didn't work then they do it for you. Employees should make their customers happy because it's their job. They're happy to greed you in the store but not helpful when using a fix finder machine. read more

My car had three small problems i was putting off ; windshield wipers, the small light in the trunk and my headlights. I have zero info on cars but i youtube'd some info and all these seemed like things i could solve myself. I came into the store and had a young guy help me find the lights and wipers. Long story short I wasnt able to install one of the wipers on my own so I came back and they were helpful on making the exchange and the other man working made sure to find the right sizes for the wipers and installed the headlights himself. I live next door in the apartment buildings. There's an employee who revs their engine of their motorcycle almost every night and drives off at the late hours of 10-11PM. I've called to complain twice and nothing. I get the same old 'oh I'm sorry I understand.' And no change. If anything the guy is ticked off and revs the engine even more. I can't even begin to explain how loud the engine is.. Trash pick up is 6-7am on Tuesdays. I don't wake up at 6am? These are not business hours? Leaf blowers start 7am. I am so frustrated. I'm working to contact waste management. I think this review is also a good start. I like where I live. I don't want to move because of noise issues. read more

Terrible customer service. Was just there in the online order pickup line and no one decided to assist the line. When I asked the woman at the register next to it she asked me to get back in the regular line claiming they only had one line after making me wait in one line for 10mins. If there had been no one in line I would've been okay with it but they wanted me to get in line behind customers who came in after me. This is a very good location for autozone that recently moved from down the street but this location is much bigger and they have much larger inventory of products I also recommend you joined our autozone rewards because after spending $20 each time or greater on the 5th time they will give you a $20 reward and you can redeem for any product in the store most recently I purchased a car battery here and I got a duralast gold with a 3 year warranty they weren't able to install it for me because I came late at night and they were short staffed however they allowed me to use their tools which made the whole entire job much easier and this was after they allowed me to use the testing gear to make sure that it was in fact my battery and not my alternator I recommend autozone because they allow you to loan tools borrow tools and they have pretty good customer service Best part is they're open till midnight and they are the only autozone that's open this late in the area read more

When there's 8 people in line and you only have 2 employees on registers and 4 in the back doing whatever they're doing, as a manager you should prioritize the people in line and put whatever's going on in back on hold...management needs to step it up. I like coming to this location.One because of the large selection of Auto Accessories for your car.Such as cleaning supplies,waxes and must of all your car wash products. Most locations will check and change your windshield wipers for free and check your battery for free.This is great,and let you use their tools at no cost to you. Yeah, well the wall is 80' long and 7' tall and I did not have an hour to scour it all. This store also does not have any hand baskets to hold the stuff you want to buy. Wow the short girl that was working register around 5pm 9/2/23, horrible customer service . Partly my fault, bought brake pads 1 pair , but was rushing due to mechanic waiting on me. Total was $120 plus change. Walked to my car and looked at the receipt and knew something was off. Walked right back in, waited in line respectfully and got the same girl. I let her know of the mistake and she rudely responding saying she didn't do that and no way she made that mistake. So let me guess I grabbed the bar code scanner and double charged myself. Tried to make a joke out of it and she had a serious face. Ridiculous. Luckily the manager, I believe of Indian or Pakistani descent was much more professional and seemed to be very knowledgeable of the store itself. Corrected the problem right away. Very disappointed with the service. Unfortunately my car battery took a dive on christmas night which left me having to JumpStart my car. My husband told me about autozone having the ability to test and recharge car batteries. Once our battery was turned in at 6:14pm the following day, we were told to come back in an hour and a half to pickup our battery. We waited the time out in the parking lot. Upon our return we were told my battery was completely dead and would not even charge and therefore, we needed a brand new battery, which would run us about $190+ for my specific battery, or more if it was turbo. Luckily, my husband speaks Spanish fluently and overheard two of the workers talking to eachother about keeping my battery for themselves and just trying to get rid of us first. To be on the safe side we took our battery back; despite them continuing to push us to buy a new one. When my husband put my battery back in the car, to our bitter sweet surprise, my ORIGINAL BATTERY was now fully charged and functional. read more
