just like a previous customer, I was also denied warranty of returning a part... they first started claiming that the part was not in the system/ then saying I broke the part when you can see the damage came from the inside... these people act like they are mechanics when in reality some of them dont have the knowledge on vehicles.... love the workers that do know and take the time to help you find what you need and replace what is under warranty... just how it should be. I know nothing about cars, and Alfred made me feel so comfortable coming here for my car. I came in on 5/25 at 9 PM for some items that my friends recommended for my "scratched" car. Immediately after walking in, Alfred introduced himself and asked me for what I needed. We went on the aisle, and I explained that the brands and products don't really matter to me as long as they can do something for my "scratched" car. I showed Alfred a photo of the car, and upon knowing that I did drive the same car to the store, Alfred graciously offered to take a look at the scratch himself. He used a cleaner and rubbed away at the "scratch." It started coming off! I was ecstatic. As it turns out, it was just on top of the paint of my car. Alfred showed me what he used, and I bought that instead. He also took the time to teach me that I was going to buy initially would have damaged my paint even more since there was no scratch to begin with. Horrible customer service and waste of time with this place. They wouldn't honor the warranty even after their battery tester said the battery was bad. The manager insisted it was not the battery and may be an alternator issue, even after they charged the battery for 7 hours and the car would still not start..he said i needed to return again so that he could test it for himself because he didn't trust his team apparently. It wasn't until the FOURTH trip and proof from an auto electric shop that the battery was indeed bad. Finally got a replacement on this "top of the line" $350 battery that they recommended. I was very upset and gave him a hard time over the phone while he remained very calm while helping me resolve the problem. I walked in the store and met him in person. I was surprised he was still very cool, calm and collected while helping me obtain the correct part. I highly recommend this store. I had to get an UBER back to the store. It was cold outside. As a girl it's so intimidating having to deal with anything car related but Alfred helped me out with no judgement. Luis was very professional and friendly, but what I really appreciated was that he genuinely cared about the issues that I was having and provided tips to help me take better care of my car battery. He took a look at my battery and confirmed that it was still under warranty. He took out my battery, and replaced it with a brand new one within 5 minutes, and that was it. It was done. Easy peasy.
