Don't go here. I've been a customer since they opened. Just recently I purchased a rear tire for my MV Agusta and the girl offered to have it installed. I agreed and I took my wheel to have it installed. I received a call that my wheel was damaged and that they had to send it out and get the wheel fixed. They did such a poor job of fixing the wheel and I pains me to say that they have lost a customer. I'll never go here again and do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Plethora of helmets! I came here to order a Shoei X15 recently and was really pleased with the overall experience. The workers are EXTREMELY helpful and walked me through a lot of things. How my helmet should fit, how my jacket should fit, how my gear should feel and how to test it all. As a new female motorcycle rider, they made me feel comfortable and educated me a lot without making me feel embarrassed or belittled. If they don't have something in stock, they can order it for you and deliver to you as well. They don't have as much female gear as I'd like, but I get it. They do have at least 2-4 different jackets though, which is already more than some other places. Lots of gloves. Even dainese shoes! Lots of parts of bikes. Lots of dirt bike riding gear. Soooo many helmets, Shoei, Arai, bell, and so much more. If you're looking for some gear, this is a great place to get some. Funny how a simple act can equate to something negative. I just left this place. Walked in and the two associates were busy helping other customers. NO PROBLEM. I wait. NO PROBLEM. When one of the associates, the one who lives in Pico Rivera, walks up to the service desk with his customer, makes EYE CONTACT WITH ME LOSES HIS TRAIN OF THOUGHT and continues to converse with customer. How I know he lives in Pico Rivera is because he is openly entertaining his customer. NO PROBLEM. The problem is, he didn't even acknowledge me. There was no "hi, I'll be with you in a moment." Came by this weekend to test fit some helmets since my AGV K1 never really "broke in". Realized it's probably not a good head shape for me. Shaved my head recently and found out I actually have a round head so I went to hunt for a K3. The gentleman who helped me was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Didn't push me to buy an expensive helmet, and worked with what I knew I wanted. Unfortunately they didnt have my size, it was sold recently, and I didnt want to order and make the drive back out here. Picked up a replacement visor for my other helmet, and some cheap tools on display instead. I may just order it online and have it shipped to me. Compliments to Erick (I believe that's his name). The employee (I forgot his name but this was 7/5/24 around 1 pm) said to try on the sizes to find the right one and he helped me locate it at the Pasadena location. He didn't give me any grief about not buying from this location either. He asked for my name and was friendly. Okay my experience was really bad this happen a few weeks ago haven't had time to write this review Well I went there to buy a motorcycle cover for my Harley-Davidson I told them show me the best one you guys carry so I took the one they recommended well I took it home and when I open it it was tied up with a small piece of material but I didn't think anything about it because to me it look new so I throw it on my motorcycle that was just detailed a few days before and it was supposed to rain that weekend so that's why I got the cover so I hurried to put it on before it started raining so I did not inspect it assuming it was new . Well the next day I took it off and there was dog hair all over my bike so it turned out that it was used . Me thinking that product was new why would I even inspect the product inside out .. so being so upset for them selling me a return item I went back and showed them the cover and picture of my bike all they said is sorry and I don't know why anyone put it back on the shelf . I ask Who's going to pay for my $240 detailing on my bike that I just got on my bike and because you guys sold me something used with pet hair all Inside . All they offered was i can give you our in house cleaning product that's probably worth only $10 I told them I'm not putting the cheap product on my $30.000 bike there's a reason I came in and bought a cover because I wanted to take care of my things instead you guys mess it up and can't even be responsible for your actions . I went in looking for bar end mirrors and a bike cover and he was able to give me detailed info on both. I ended up buying a bike cover from Walmart, me being cheap, I know. I didn't like the fit so I decided to return that one and buy the one from Cycle Gear instead. Great quality for the price. I didn't end up purchasing the mirrors because I didn't have my bike on me. I normally don't give such a low rating; however, after receiving sub par service, I had to write this review. I went into the store yesterday to purchase a new sena 50C for my shark helmet, and was greeted by sales representative John. John was beyond patient, very helpful, and extremely professional. I returned the following day in hopes that John could help me install the camera application on my phone and adjust the camera positioning. Unfortunately, John was heading to lunch when I arrived and I was assisted by a different sales representative (Frank). I understand that not everyone has the same work ethic and professionalism, but the interaction I had with Frank is the reason why my rating and review is so low. Frank was rude throughout our interaction and did not assist me with my questions. My experience with Frank was the complete opposite experience I had with John. I do not believe that an employee with Frank's work ethic and demeanor should belong in this profession. I've been treated with more respect at a dump yard than I did from Frank.
